Would try something else.
Pros:

+: newer hotel, elevator, parking on premisies.
-: rather hard matress, no breakfast available, coffe machine only for cold coffee, cramped parking - guard only helped with his light finding exit/entrance no help in avoiding dents in the cramped parking.
Will not come back.

Good location worst breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel is located in good area. Lot of food options nearby for dinner. Negative is breakfast. They charge 50 bath for breakfast and breakfast is not at all good. Suggestion would be to charge more for breakfast and give better breakfast.

great people -- great value -- very helpful -- bed mattress very hard so had to buy a 50mm thick foam mattress(2000 baht) to put over it as staying a few days
