This property is located in the middle of the bohemian Tel Aviv experience Roche Boulevard, You don’t need a car when you stay in such a central location to see Tel Aviv !! The view from the business is Breathtaking!! Taking to consideration that Thursday evenings, the area around the hotel will be packed with youngsters

Very convenient to walk around to the beach, Old Jaffa. Lots of restaurants around. A bit noisy at night

The best place to stay when in Tel Aviv. A wonderful experience and will return again. Highly recommended.
The staff were awesome.

It was not a good experience. The service was very poor, the room was tiny. We called the reception in order to clean a broken glass, and no one came. We left with a bad taste. Not recommended in any way. Also a very poor breakfast. Just go to another hotel!

Great view of TA from our room. We had quite a small room but it was very clean and comfortable. Excellent quality sheets and bedding. Excellent location with loads of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Definitely recommended.

Made a reservation 2 days ago and have been trying since then unsuccessfully to speak to someone at the hotel.Absolutely no way to reach them. I was answered many times by bots who had no way to help me. I will cancel my reservation. Certainly not a place I could recommend.

Best location in Tel Aviv. You can walk to the beach, to shopping, to restaurants to shows. Very nice service. They have a bussiness center on the 10th floor with an amazing view of the city. Very quiet with very nice snacks. Perfect for relaxing.

Good location for a night out in Tel Aviv

The room is nice but the shower needs an urgen make over. Very poor condition and mold. The receptionist was not cooperative nor friendly. 25 minutes in the counter for check-in when there is no line is unprofessional

Rothschild 22, a Fattal hotel in Tel Aviv: Marcelle and I reserved a room and parking space through this hotel's customer service. Their customer service representative reserved a parking space for us at 1 Rothschild Street, where there is supposedly a parking lot. However, neither their representative by phone, nor their hotel clerk, nor their site provides a map to the hotel. The hotel clerk asked us to use Waze to find the parking lot, but unfortunately GPS was not working at the time when we tried to use Waze. We returned to the hotel to get instructions from the clerk, who said he did not know the way to the location. The problem is that there is a pedestrian mall blocking a straight drive down the street to number 1 Rothschild, where the lot is supposed to be located. We tried to find a way around to the parking lot, asking pedestrians in our search. No one was able to help. In the end, after more than two hours of searching, we came upon a parking space on a street near the hotel. Before we left the hotel, we asked the checkout clerk not to charge for the parking space. Although she said that the parking lot did not belong to the hotel, she said she had to charge us. Clearly, though, even if the hotel does not own the lot, the hotel was acting as an agent of the lot because they were collecting the fee for the lot. When I lost my temper at her, another clerk came and told her not to charge us for the parking lot. Nevertheless, our experience at this hotel was ruined by having to search for parking. I might add that the room was tiny, the windows could not be opened and the sliding door to the toilet made noise, so that anyone who used it at night would wake anyone who might be sleeping in the room and perhaps in an adjacent room since the walls were thin.

We were led to believe there was parking, but there wasn’t. Unfortunately that started the experience negatively.The check in was very slow and we were asked for things that had already been provided online.
The room was very small, but clean. The bathroom was fantastic. By far it was the best part of the room. Check our was very easy as well.
