The waterslide
The outdated carpet in the executive suite
I love the location.
That you have to pay 35.00 a day to park in their underground parade.
Nice soft andcomfortable bed.
Close to the airport and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is simple but ok, and starts early (6am) , which is convenient for early commitments.
Dirty carpets. The shower temperature kept changing to cold during the shower without touching the tap, which was very uncomfortable. The room heater was very loud.
Room was not ready on time. Pull out sofa is outdated and very uncomfortable. Sheets and pillow were not provided for this without special request. Breakfast gluten free option was terrible and lunch the only option was a salad. Not even the fries were gluten free.
Restaurant was great. Room was omfortable and. Clean
Parking was a challenge due to broken machines. Coffee in the rooms was weak Starbucks in lobby wasn’t great. Shower was lukewarm
As expected but no discount applied to mine while it was on promo.
Nothing except the staff who attended to me but that was resolved by the management.
Property is in a good location.
For the exec suite the price point was so bad. I’ve stayed in rooms much nicer with full kitchens and living areas that were $50+ cheaper. Will never stay in their exec suite again for $400+. Felt quite ripped off with how sub-par the room is.
