Muito mosquito, o ar condicionado não é suficiente com 12000btu para um apartamento com aproximados 20m², não identifiquei sujidades nas roupas de cama e banho, mas o aspecto não estavam muito bacana, as portas com aspectos desgastados, ams estavam funcionando.
