Cons:

Tenho claustrofobia e informei no ato do check in, infelizmente não fui atendida.
Fiquei em um apto sem janela, onde o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, cheguei cansada da viagem e tive que ficar esperando....Apesar dos esforços do recepcionista Tertolino, para piorar a situação fiquei em um apto onde havia uma porta e ela não fechava, como me sentir segura e conseguir dormir em um lugar assim😞😞😞

Pros:

Atendimento da equipe. O conforto do quarto na relação custo-benefício, é barato e com grande espaço, o box do banheiro é ótimo!

Cons:

Wifi é ruim, o hotel é velho e o elevador dá muito problema, além de ser extremamente pequeno, perigoso para quem tem claustrofobia. O café da manhã é pago, algo nos dias de hoje inconcebível e absurdo, além de tudo é caro.
