Checked out within 10 minutes - dirty and stench smell - Booking.com useless no refund powerless

Cons:

Foul Urine smell all over and inside the room. Residual previous food and oily stains all over, toilet had not even flushed and seemed used before we went in. Had planned for week long stay but couldnt stand smell and stench for even 5 minutes. We went back and requested for refund. The reception gave some papers and said refund will reflect in few days. Nothing came, called Booking.com to advise of the situation, the customer service said they will talk to property but then saic they are helpless and have no powers with the property.So in a nutshell approx thousand dollars gone for a few minutes and incompetent companies and business practices.

Another two!
Pros:

All went well... so well that I stay an extra night/day... Romeo was good as well with his standard good customer service.

Cons:

Internet wifi started acting up even when I got the enhanced deal... and not enough good dish channels... but that is the least.

Everything was nice close parking.the staff really friendly.

My room the blinds didn't go down so I put a sheet over the blinds the TV no connection but my stay was to get rest after hard day at work so it wasn't a biggie

the rooms aren’t clean at all, the WATER is YELLOW, roaches roaming everywhere, stuff on the floors under beds, rooms just ugly asf overall is DISGUSTING AND OVERPRICED. never ever in my life coming back to this on my momma kid, on my grandma daughter, on my great grandmothers daughter, on my great great grandmothers daughter .. disappointing do better, worst hotel ever in my life

Pros:

great staff , clean location, vending machines available and laundry on property as well. Only bad thing was the pricing on the laundry faculty $3.50 to wash and dry. But very easy that it is on property
