Very bad. This place should not operate this way.

Cons:

The front desk clerk looked like he was being disturbed; he had ear phones on and seemed like he didn't care. The bathroom has mildew; the fridge in the kitchen has a corrosive door, the mattress was very uncomfortable. Our guests in an adjacent room had roaches on their bed. This hotel needs to be inspected. It's a hazard to people's health. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

My worst nightmare of a dirty filthy hotel. Booking.com needs to reimburse me my money.
Pros:

The place was a stench of marijuana smoke and cigarette smoke. The bedrooms had roaches, and the bathrooms were unclean. It was frightening for me because it was my first time. Booking.com took my money and never refunded it, even though I cancelled.

Cons:

The place is awful inside and out. It was a nightmare for me. I couldn't sleep. I checked out the following day, and no one was at the desk to assist. My worst nightmare is staying at a hotel.

Checked out within 10 minutes - dirty and stench smell - Booking.com useless no refund powerless

Cons:

Foul Urine smell all over and inside the room. Residual previous food and oily stains all over, toilet had not even flushed and seemed used before we went in. Had planned for week long stay but couldnt stand smell and stench for even 5 minutes. We went back and requested for refund. The reception gave some papers and said refund will reflect in few days. Nothing came, called Booking.com to advise of the situation, the customer service said they will talk to property but then saic they are helpless and have no powers with the property.So in a nutshell approx thousand dollars gone for a few minutes and incompetent companies and business practices.
