Online pictures are not the same as actual condition
Pros:

We needed a place that allowed pets and this one fit that bill. Unfortunately, the carpet needed to be cleaned or better yet, replaced. We only had one washcloth, Kleenex box only had two tissues. Stains on the walls. When we first got there the cable TV wouldn’t work so the front desk (only person I saw working) had to come and reboot the box. It was definitely a hotel for construction teams. Even though I checked in online, I had to stand in line while about 10 people went through the time consuming process of completing paperwork.

Pros:

Staff Check in was friendly and helpful. Once we got to our room however, there was Mold all over the wall(s).

We went back down to front desk and she quickly got us a new room that was in good shape. Everything else with our stay was just fine.

Pros:

The south door near handicap parking does not work. Very hard to open and close. Parking lines for handicap are painted wrong! You have to back out, turn your car around from marked space to get out of parking.

Needs some upkeep
Pros:

Good location but hotel is a bit rundown. All the chairs in the lobby have the “leather” peeled off. Our sheets were worn and itchy from wear. The bed was made up sloppily. Shower is great!

Pros:

The second floor hallway smelt like sewage and no water is offered for guests at the breakfast bar. Overall, it was an okay stay but the smell was awful and made me nauseous walking through the hall.
