Lack of ownership of the staff. The job is done as the level of commitment so the leadership is satisfied, which is very poor.

Nice pool area. Friendly staff . convenient location.

It was secured and parking was easy. Didn’t like that it's rooms were not updated. Furniture looked old. My bed was squeaky and not confortable. Bathroom was terrible, needed repairs. Sink was kind of broken and also the cup holder and where you put your toothbrushes.

Love the pool we was able to cook a fish that we caught and breakfast was nice. The bed has the spring broke and the mattress sink. Bed sheets keep coming out

If you have time To search don’t stay in this place . They offer breakfast but the kitchen is disgusting. I wish I took a picture to show everyone. The leave the bread on the top of kitchen counter so dirty I don’t thinks it’s been clean for a while . The have 2 coffee maker that doesn’t work and no coffee

Real relaxing hotel with a pool and a good breakfast. At the end of town but everything in town is still an easy walk. Great but gave it two hits in service. One because they weren't forthcoming about their snorkeling trips (better booked at Selina's) and the other because the Saturday night revelry around the pool went on until six a.m.

Friendly staff. Clean Rooms and Excellent service. Will stay again or have guest stay here.

Breakfast was good. Accommodating staff. Quiet at night.

The Sports Club has a great location walkable to the town and on the way to Playa Arenal. We arrived and our room had no hot water, the mattress was like laying on a box spring, and the sheet was seethrough and too small for the bed. It was after dinner when we got back and found this out and there was no front desk staff so we had to spend the night. Showered in the cold and woke up multiple times through the night to put the sheet back on. In the morning, we requested another room. They put us in the one across the hall, no hot water. Then they put us in an apartment downstairs after checking it out, that one had no hot water and the shower handle for hot water wasn’t even attached. We finally moved to our fourth room that was fine. Initially they told us there were no extra rooms available because they were fully booked but when checked online Expedia showed additional rooms available.

No real apologies or anything

For the money, there are way better hotels in the area.

We loved the staff of this hotel. It is more a hotel for people fishing or diving.

It was a nice hotel and we enjoyed the pool and beaches near by. Only stayed one night.

We were the only quests slow season plus weekday the staff was real responsive set fishing trip up had breakfast ready. Pool was real clean had no issues

We were there for a fishing trip and had the place all to our selves, they have a nice breakfast and an area to cook you catch for the day.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Pedasi. The hotel staff was flexible and helpful, and the setting was pretty with open space and trees all around.

The hotel is centrally located, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, comfortable, convenient, perfect for families, nice pool. We recommend.
