Only the Deluxe Double and Triple Room reservations include access to Prive Group Water Park. All requests for access are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that the Water Park is open from 10:00 until 17:00 and is closed on Thursdays; Nautical Beach Club is open from 10:00 until 17:00 and is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays; Prive Club is open from 10:00 until 17:00 and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (all close these days for maintenance).

Upon check-in, for all bookings paid by credit card, it is mandatory presentation of credit card and valid identification document of the cardholder. For purchases using third-party cards, a signed and authenticated purchase agreement must also be presented.

Please note that parking is rotative and subject to availability upon check-in.

Accordingly with the article 82 and 83 of the Teenagers and children statute in Brazil, it is forbidden to host under the age of 18 years without an evidenced document, can be an identity card or birth certificate together with the trip authorization of the parents registered in a notary office. Hotel com muitas atrações tanto interno quanto dos parck.
Pros:

Aptos amplos com roupas de cama branquinhas áreas externas limpas toda noite café da manhã com muitas opções. Piscinas limpas e áreas de recreação todos os dias.

Cons:

Chegamos e nosso aptos estava com acomodação para solteiros e pedimos para casal e uma criança. Pessoal que estava vendendo aptos de outros hotel deles nos prenderam 1:30 falando do empreendimento e querendo que nós adquiriremos mais quando nos abordaram falaram que era só para conhecer e numa próxima poderíamos escolher fica lá. Sobre o parque o Kauane teve um estrutura enorme para as crianças mais a água extremamente fria, fazendo com que as crianças não consiga brinca .

Dos acessos aos parques.

Cons:

Televisão péssima, sem pegar direito e chuviscando.
Torneira da pia com muita pressão, sem condições de usar.
Sofá cama com colchão detonado, sem condições de usar.

Limpeza da piscina as 07:30 da manhã sogando agua nos jardins com muito barulho.
Chaves dos cartões com problemas na abertura da porta.
Elevador nunca disponível e sem controle de pessoas segurando o elevador em um andar específico.
Pessoas comprando café e segurando a fila de quem comprou com antecedência; deveria comprarem na portaria e não no restaurante.
Chuveiro todo desregulado, nunca fica na temperatura desejada, desregula com as descargas dos banheiros e com os chuveiros dos apartamentos vizinhos e de cima.
