Localização sensacional, perto de tudo.
Infraestrutura de piscinas e áreas comuns, maravilhosa!
Café da manhã muito completo com várias opções!, tudo muito saboroso.
Espaço bem amplo e arborizado, ver as araras voando no meio da cidade e do hotel foi lindo demais.
Me hospedei com a minha mãe e ela elogiou bastante!

Excelente atendimento, piscinas muito limpas, café da manhã com bastante variedades (vários produtos sem glutem), limpeza dos quartos excelente.

Cons:

Somente um ponto de melhoria, vários pássaros no restaurante e em alguns pontos no piso e em algumas cadeiras fezes de pardais e pombos. Sei que são animais silvestres e nao podem ser exterminados, mais podem ser controlados.

Pros:

Piscinas limpas com frequência. O quarto e áreas internas são limpos com frequência. Limpeza acima da média. Excelente café da manhã apesar do volume de gente em janeiro não faltou nada.

Cons:

O hotel tem uma política de não aceitar que seus hóspedes levem comida da rua pro quarto.isso vai contra o código do consumidor e configura venda casada. Não quis entrar em discussão pra não quebrar o bom clima das férias e a cordialidade dos funcionários. Mas isso é abuso e totalmente contra a Lei. É ILEGAL!! Fora isso tudo foi top demais. Funcionários educados demais e prestativos. Só é bom que a gerência reveja esta política que é ilegal de não deixar os hóspedes levarem comida de fora pro quarto privativo (não me refiro a área comum como piscinas)
