Great views and quiet location.
Pros:

Apartment had a great view. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Disappointed when cars were parked at the front then blocking our view of the water. Not necessary when as there was a large underground carpark to fit those cars.

Cons:

Few issues, both recpetion and WiFi are horrendous, the constant whistling from the seal of the doors, didnt realise there was a snake to put in front of the door to stop that, wasnt until 10pm we fixed that. Hot water for shower, turned to the hottest and removed the cold, was luke warm at best.

Access to our unit was from the underground carpark. As an older couple, it was a bit of a hassle carting everything up by the lift.
Staffing was an issue ( as no staff till late in arvo). Fortunately staff at cafe could answer a few questions.

Great views but disappointing service
Pros:

Location was great!
Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We booked a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment as we were 2 couples travelling in 1 vehicle.
We were advised reception would be open till 7pm so we drove around Bunbury enjoying the beautiful sunset.
At 4.52pm we received a text to say reception was closing at 5 pm - 8 minutes away.
When we arrived we easily located our keys and map but finding our apartment was a little trickier.
Our room was not what we booked. We had been allocated a 1 bed apartment with an adjoining studio. Nice but not what we booked.
I rang the number we were given for any issues - no answer. Text the same number - no response.
The next morning I went to reception to discuss. The response was 'Did you book direct?'... Then 'Oh, I see, it was thru booking.com' ... What ???
I asked to speak to the manager and was told she wasn't back till the end of the week. A message was left for her to email/call me. No response.
I emailed the following week and was told I was incorrect, we were given what we booked.
Sadly she is incorrect and will take no responsibility for the mix up.
We booked thru booking.com in good faith and were very disappointed in our booking, their attitude and their response/lack thereof.

A beautiful place to stay with amazing rooms and service.
Pros:

The stunning view and beautiful room. All the amenities we needed and very accommodating. Clean and comfortable room with a view.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like but as it was definitely colder in the late night and early hours of the morning. A few warmer blankets in the wardrobe would be good for winter months. I did put the heating on which helped a lot.
