Poor handling of a serious disturbance and disrupted stay
Pros:

Ocean view and shower water pressure.

Cons:

Severe and prolonged noise disturbance from nearby guests between approximately 10pm and 2am (yelling, slamming doors, swearing, and dragging furniture).

We attempted to contact reception using the in-room phone during the disturbance but were unable to get through. At the time, we reasonably expected the in-room phone to connect us to appropriate after-hours support.

As a result, there was no effective way to get assistance, and we were ultimately forced to approach the guests ourselves, which should not be expected of guests.

This had a significant impact as I had to wake up at 4:30am for the Bunbury 3 Waters Marathon the following morning.

When the issue was raised with the property afterwards, it was not handled appropriately. During that conversation, we were told there was a number on the check-in sheet for “building emergencies.” However, this reasonably suggests maintenance or safety issues rather than guest noise. Even if we had referred to it at the time, it would not have been clear that it applied to this situation. There was no clear or accessible after-hours contact for handling disturbances.

When trying to find a resolution, we were unable to escalate the matter to a manager, and calls were ended prematurely. The property acknowledged that the disturbance occurred but did not offer any meaningful resolution, instead directing us to pursue the matter externally through Booking.com.

The lack of accessible support and appropriate handling was the most disappointing part of the experience.

There were also some minor issues with the room itself (wear and tear, cleanliness of kitchen items, and comfort of the bed and pillows), which on their own would have been manageable but added to the overall dissatisfaction.

Pros:

Bunbury town was nice.

Cons:

Following the poor handling of a serious noise disturbance and a disrupted first night, we did not feel comfortable continuing our stay.

When we raised the issue with the property, it was not handled appropriately. We were unable to escalate the matter to a manager, and calls requesting support were ended prematurely. Although the disturbance was acknowledged by the property, no meaningful resolution was offered.

We were instead directed to pursue the matter externally through Booking.com, which did not give us confidence that any similar issue would be managed differently.

As a result, we chose to check out early rather than stay the second night, as we no longer felt comfortable remaining at the property and had no confidence in how any further issues would be handled.

A deffinate place to be and stay at too
Pros:

Fantastic. I will definitely be back for another stay. We came sore a few rest before my operation on the 16th April. Once I am up and about we will be back for another relaxation

Cons:

Quietness and the VIEW was amazing
When book again I would love to have the same view and hear the waves come rolling in at night and watch that sun set every evening too

A perfect getaway stay with beautiful ocean views
Pros:

The view from our room over the beach was gorgeous. Bed was extremely comfy and we were impressed with the amenities in the apartment. The shower had good water pressure and was spacious and everything was extremely clean. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely return.

Cons:

The only downside for us was some noisy children next door who woke us up early crying. This would probably be a none-issue for other people and didn't bother us much at all.
