Very nice hotel

I booked a room for my sister for 2 nights for her wedding. I personally went to the hotel to arrange their stay as a newly married couple.
The first impression was disappointing: the reception desk was unattended, and I had to wait 10–15 minutes before anyone showed up. When I went to see the room, I won’t comment on the size (which is indeed small), but what really stood out was the attitude of the staff member who showed it to me—she was rude and dismissive. I asked about upgrading the room and decorating it for the newlyweds, but she bluntly said, “We don’t do that.”
Fortunately, the receptionist was more polite and offered a decoration service. I requested they also add water and a plate of fruit (and I was willing to pay extra), but they simply ignored that request.
My sister and her husband were equally dissatisfied. At one point, they ordered food from outside, and the security guard refused to let the delivery person bring it to the room. The groom had to go down himself to collect it.
Overall, this is a “hotel” in name only. The service is poor, attention to guests is lacking, and staff courtesy is inconsistent. I would not recommend staying here unless your only other option is sleeping on the street.

Je viens de passer un séjour à l'hôtel Relax ! L'établissement est d'une propreté impeccable, du hall d'entrée aux chambres. Le personnel est à l'écoute et attentif à chacune de mes demandes, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son confort, sa sécurité et son service de qualité. Je reviendrai sans hésitation.

Bon séjour, hotel loin de la ville avec une deco moderne, assez calme, piscine agréable avec un maitre nageur souriant et très sympa.
Les chambres sont propres, le valet de chambre fait parfaitement son travail, très aimable et poli.
La literie est extra, très confortable avec des vrais coussins c'est agréable.

Petits points négatifs tout de même, le petit dej continental en effet à 70 dh par personne (gratuit tout de même pour les moins de 10 ans) est plutôt simple avec des plats emballés dans du cellophane pas top pour se servir, café et lait en thermos mais froid, idem pour le thé et cela tout le long du séjour. Ce qui est proposé au buffet ne vaut pas le prix demandé, assez déçu tout de même. Mon époux et mes 2 ado ont préféré prendre leurs petits-déjeuners complets et "beldi" à l'extérieur à prix plutôt abordable avec un bon café et un pur jus d'orange pressé.

Second point négatif, logés au rdc nous avons réservé 2 chambres avec nos enfants c'était parfait et calme côté piscine, cependant nous avons pu croisé à deux reprises des prostituées leurs chambres étaient plus loin au fond du couloir, pas très correcte sachant que nous y sejournons en famille. Ils ne nous ont pas dérangé mais c'était tout de même gênant et surtout interdit il me semble au Maroc.
Espérant que le responsable de l'hôtel lise cet avis et améliore ces petits points négatifs car nous avons bien apprécié le calme de cet hôtel.

Everything went great the hotel is out favorite hotel in Oujda, is the only one that you can feel like home staff is always professional and very friendly receiving you at the check in to the check out , Aya at the reception desk she is always treat us with respect and great us with a big smile, sabbath is always nice and welcoming in general all staff and administrators are the best in all hotels we had ever stayed at. Keep being like this and we will coming back .

Very unfriendly staff, they requested additional money for city taxes which i’ve already paid for ( scam attempt ) Room was dirty, beds are uncomfortable. Horrible experience overall.

The hotel is a great place to stay, staff is great , friendly and professional all the time , the hotel director is always on top of every need of the hotel guests, they offering to their guests the best they can offer, always clean and organized. I will keep coming back to this hotel. Very convenient for kids recreation, pool is clean and well maintained, outside the hotel you have access to the public transportation and taxis, shopping and kids recreation as well.

Hôtel très bien situé, manque quelques détails pour que le séjour ce passe bien ? Plus de serviette dans les chambres, gel douche inappropriée car en sachet, cyphon du lavabo bouché… chambre odeur de cigarette intense…
