HANZ Huong Mai Hotel

사이공역 근접한 저렴한 호텔. 2-3분 거리
시설은 그냥 우리나라 모텔 수준이나 공사중이어서 관리상태는 그닥...
정말 늦게 체크인해서 잠만 잤음. 그래도 물 잘 나오고 덥거나 춥지 않았으며 주변이 너무 시끄럽지 않았음

Ok place but like a construction zone.
Many projects going on around and one attached to hotel which really reverberates in room.
Starts about 700 am and finished before evening so overnight sleep o.k.
TV, bed, shower and staff were very good.
Proximity to rail station is key here.

We choose this hotel because it takes only 4mins walk to the train station where the road is almost free of cars and bikes at 6.10am. Lots of local food or you may walk to Viettel Tower and try the newly opened restaurants there. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly; unfortunately during that time the building next door is in the midst of construction and the intermitten piling right after midnight is not pleasant at all!

The cleanliness of the facilities is not on point and the host requested us to give him our passports

The Huong Mai hotel is building another one just beside the hotel, they are not only building at day time but also building at night time around 1am. It’s really terrible. I could not sleep. I believe you guys will not like to stay there.

Very near railway station. Can walk to reach.

Very close to train station - 2 minute walk - that was why I stayed here.

We picked this hotel because we had to take a train very early in the morning and it's less than 5 mins walk to Saigon Railway Station. We could even see the platform from our room. :) So it's both pro and con because for sure, you hear the train and other noise in your room. If you're not a morning person, you'll be waken up annoyed in the morning by those noises. If you love to see real local life you will love this area but if you expect to be close to all tourist attraction, city life and night life, don't pick this hotel. Anyway, it's very easy to get a taxi/Grab from and to the hotel. So location it's not really a problem. And it was less than 60k VND by Grab to get to the hotel from airport

Hotel staffs was nice, even though not good English but try hard to communicate with us and they were helpful.

The Room facilities and cleanliness are better than our expectation comparing to the price. We're 2 but picked the VIP room, big room with 2 queen beds because we want the view and it's still very cheap.

The room was just nice, had the necessary necessities and they allowed the late check-in. Was walking distance to Saigon railway station.

Not sure where to start about check in but the room was booked and confirmed but once we arrive at 9pm (check in time at 3pm), we were told that the room was not available possibly until 10pm. Is it a communication issue between hotels.com or the hotel management?
Regardless, I think hotels.com will need to contact the hotel (small scale budget type hotel) and make sure once the room booked and confirmed, the room should be ready at check in time.
For overseas travelers, we have no other choice but wait or else in the new city and do not speak the language

Good hotel. Good location. Generally in good shape but a couple of things needed repair or replacement in the room.

Unfortunately I had a few insect bites using the duvet apart from this no other issues.

The room was so tiny. We had ants everywhere (in the bed etc), and they didn't clean the room for the whole 3 days we were there. They asked us if we wanted cleaning and we said yes, still nothing. People smoking in the hallway which got in to the rooms. No restaurant, staff barely spoke speak English. Pretty far from the touristic areas, and nasty room. Found a 2 pack of used condoms in our bed side table. Would not recmmend.

Wir mussten anderntags früh auf den Bahnhof und das Hotel lag nur 5‘ Fussweg entfernt. Die Umgebung ist ansonsten nicht so toll aber es gab auch Restaurants und die Betten waren bequem. Fairer Preis

The staff are friendly and willing to help. They do allow us for early check in without any extra charge. Really near from HCM train station. Can sit bus to places that are famous in HCM. A great experience. The room is clean .

새벽기차를 생각하면 최고의 호텔위치 하지만 개미가 바글거리고 밤마다 화장실가면 도마뱀이 맞이해줌
밤12시에 공사소리와 노래소리가 잘 들림
방음이 정말 안됨

There were ants in the room. Shower had no hot water.
