Probably the best stay ever!
Pros:

Our room was gorgeous, the koi fish being the cherry on top. What a joy to watch them swim. Breakfast was also very good, served at the table outside our room, overlooking the fish. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff was really kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing to complain about. The hotel is beautiful, cosy and the people there make the experience even better!

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Nice style hotel, comfortable room and proximity to Ipoh town but not walking distance.

Cons:

The air conditioning was directly blowing air on the face and was difficult to control. TV channels with outdated programs. Also, the breakfast area is very hot with open air and no air conditioning. No lounge area to rest while waiting for transport only uncomfortable furniture. I did not like that reception staff wanted to keep my deposit because of small make up stain on towel. A bit unprofessional of her. Please do better hospitality. The man at the reception was much better. The hotel is also not flexible to refund my hotel stay when my husband could not join me due to Middle East closed air space. Most hotels other hotels are more flexible. So do better Bali Hotel administration. Service staff for rooms and breakfast were excellent.

Pros:

Hotel carino, particolare la vasca dei pesci, anche se un po rumorosa durante la notte. Buona la spa. Molto buono il ristorante dall’altra parte della strada.

Cons:

La colazione a mio avviso è deludente, le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sente TUTTO quello che dicono e fanno quelli della stanza accanto, anche i colpi di tosse! Lo staff a mio avviso è stato un po’ sgarbato, dovevamo ancora fare il check out e una signora ha annunciato al microfono che potevano pulire la nostra stanza, non l’ho trovato cortese.

Séjour au top avec personnel compétent et d’une grande gentillesse
Pros:

Le personnel vraiment compétent, réactif et sympathique
Très belle chambre spacieuse et confortable

Cons:

Situation géographique un peu excentrée mais vraiment très bien desservie par Grab
Insonorisation relative avec les chambres adjacentes et bruits de ventilation
Beaucoup de moustiques malgré les efforts de l’hôtel

Lovely place to get away.
