I love my room, spacious, clean and well curated bali theme. The best part was balcony with swing and fish pond. the koi fishes were very friendly and healthy! Would definitely recommend to others.
Really beautiful hotel with character and all amenities you would expect in a 5* hotel.
Staff have been very helpful. We arrived early and the staff let us leave our luggage and it was ready in our rooms on our return. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is situated in the housing area. The landscape, water fountain and the fish pond is pretty. I feel relaxed and peaceful watching the fish and hearing the sound of water running. The breakfast is not like the typical buffet breakfast. They serve a good bali style breakfast, and you still can get a free flow of beverages, cereal and toast. For people who are looking for something new and peaceful, I think you guys can try this hotel.

The atmosphere is amazing. Very clean, cozy. I can't believe this hotel is located in Ipoh, not in Bali! Love it.
The hospitality of staff especially receptionist (Raidah) deserves so much credit for making this less hassle and perfectly arranged.. From online booking to payment assistant from her made us feel so welcomed and it was worth to pay for the facility and service she provided.
No SOUR face no any discomfort handling other race and good explanations. Thank you Raidah and Bali team.
Price is quite competitive with options available around but it's ok if the staff is good 👍

There’s nothing here that we don’t like
Our room was gorgeous, the koi fish being the cherry on top. What a joy to watch them swim. Breakfast was also very good, served at the table outside our room, overlooking the fish. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff was really kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay.
Honestly, nothing to complain about. The hotel is beautiful, cosy and the people there make the experience even better!
