100% to staff at breakfast and cleaners that never stop cleaning. It was so clean and tidy. Thank you to maintenance guy
Pros:

Swimming pool and upgraded our room which was nice and big. Cold glass of juice with a cold flannel on arrival absolutely “lovely” thought. Everybody spoke good English especially lady on reception when we arrived. Thanks to chap who helped with our luggage. And always greeted us with a smile.

Relaxing after a long flight, was welcomed back like an old friend!
Pros:

It is my second visit here, wonderful staff who are friendly, attentive and professional. Property is in a great location with easy access to everything. Great breakfast and restaurant. It is now my first choice Siem Reap

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff not far from Pub street and city center,, 10 min by tuktuk
Pros:

The hotel staff made me feel very special catering to every need. The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is great.

Cons:

The gym was outdated and begs for new equipment . The mattress was a little hard and I prefer a softer one.

Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly staff, good food, and a nice environment for families wit
Pros:

What I liked about the property was that the pillows and bed were very comfortable. I came here with my wife and our two daughters, one is 3 years old and the other is 3 months old. Both of my kids slept very well during our stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, from the security guards to the receptionists and restaurant staff.

Especially, the food I ordered to the room was delicious and worth the price.

Cons:

What I did not like was that the table near the window with the pool view did not have a light above it, so it was a bit dark at night.

Also, the room rate for the first day was more expensive than the second day without any clear reason. If the price had been the same as the second day, it would have been more reasonable and good value, because the first day’s rate was a bit expensive.

Too good.The GM Mr.Piseth personally ensured our stay at the best. No hotel GM has done this before.
