Great value; well suited for longer stays. Could be a 10 with some minor fixes.
Pros:

Price, location, kitchenette w/full sized fridge, free laundry

Cons:

Carpet was very dirty, we reported a broken chair which was never replaced or fixed (our stay was more than 3 weeks), two of the exercise machines didn't work, TV guide was impossible to understand, Wi-Fi was weak. Staff had a lot of trouble finding simple things like coffee and trash bags.

Perfect for World Cup stay! Quiet, close to stadium. Great deal compared to the horrible Vrbo we had to escape. Thank you!
