Convenient for first night in Istanbul as close to Guyrratepe Metro when coming in to Istanbul Airport…. Although a little challenging finding correct exit to get to hotel. Room adequate, modern , clean … breakfast good Staff pleasant & helduk

Cons:

The reception and front desk service were extremely poor and handled very unprofessionally. I was kept waiting for more than an hour and a half, and they insisted that I would not be given a room unless I made another payment.

This was even though I had already paid through Booking.com, and there was no issue with my reservation. The problem was clearly due to the hotel’s outdated or faulty system, which caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience for me.

Overall, it was a very bad experience.
