Pros:

Exceptionally clean. Wonderful staff.

Cons:

Too small for size of hotel. Only 1 waffle maker and coffee area was also too small.

Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, very good hospitality.

Cons:

The pool I would rate this hotel a lot better if it had a better pool and a hot tub. The pool sucked and is the absolute only thing I hated about my stay.

Wonderful Stay!!!
Pros:

The staff were awesome. From Kim and Phong at the front desk. To the lady that did the breakfast buffet. As well as the support staff. Everything was awesome!!!

Pros:

This facility is exactly as represented - friendly staff, excellent accommodation, delicious breakfast in short I liked everything and was amazed at the amazing value for the price!!! I travel quite a lot and have never seen a better value!!!

Cons:

There was not a dingle thing I didn't like!!

It was a very nice stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was upscale and modern, and the location was very convenient for our event and near many eateries and coffee shops.

Cons:

It’s not a very big deal, but our bathroom door did not lock and the fan didn’t work. The bathroom door was frosted, and so if you got up in the dark to use the restroom, the light would shine into the entire room.

Pros:

I requested the first floor. The staff very accommodating, after I told her about my two girls like to run and jump around. I told her i dont want to disrupt the other. Super friendly like a the other times stay here.
