Freundliches Personal, aber kleine Mängel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Koffer wurden bis in den 3. Stock getragen, und ein Parkplatz für das Auto wurde ebenfalls direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war gut.

Cons:

Die Duschkabine ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte erneuert werden. Eine Internetverbindung in der Wohnung war leider nicht möglich, obwohl sich das Personal sehr bemüht hat und uns die Zugangsdaten für das WLAN der Rezeption zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Die Umgebung war leider teilweise durch einige betrunkene Personen etwas gestört; dafür kann die Residenz jedoch nichts

Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay at Résidence Louzani. The room had a lovely sea view and the terrace is great – perfect for morning coffee or an evening wind down. The apartment itself is well equipped and very comfortable, everything you need is there.

Cons:

Only minor thing: some corners show a bit of humidity, but honestly for a place right on the coast that’s pretty much to be expected. Nothing that affected our stay. Would recommend!

Pros:

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung. Eine schöne Dachterasse mit Meerblick, Sitz- sowie Liegemöglichkeiten runden das Gesamtbild ab. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, kurzer Weg zum Strand und keine 10 Minuten in die Medina.

Pros:

Está a segunda línea de playa, a 10-15 minutos caminando de la Medina. El apartamento de 4 personas es amplio y cómodo, la limpieza diaria es muy buena (aunque la ducha necesita una mejora). La atención de todo el personal es muy agradable.

Cons:

Se oye todo lo que pasa en la calle (aun estando en el tercer piso), y por la noche hay mucho jaleo. No es una cosa puntual, ha pasado lo mismo las 3 noches: gente hablando muy alto (incluso alguno gritando), una moto pasando arriba y abajo de la calle... es algo que el hotel no puede controlar, pero no es posible dormir toda la noche con tanto ruido

We had a lovely, relaxing stay and would stay again if we happen to visit Essaouria
Pros:

Very spacious and clean( daily cleaning and towel change) apartment. All the staff, Including the owner, were friendly, helpful and someone was always on hand. Great location; convenient for medina, beach, local facilities. Superb roof top views and lovely terrace to sit out on and relax. Quiet building.

Cons:

A little bit showing its age and some things need replacing or updating such as the shower cubicle. Ample hot water, just doors don’t close properly and a few things in the kitchen need updating, or replacing., but plenty of china. The local area felt safe and quiet, although it’s a little rough around the edges. However, you can get everything that you need for your stay and the shopkeepers and cafe staff are friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The place is perfectly located 1 min away of the beach, 10 minutes from the medina. The appartment was huge and has all need amenities if you want to stay longer. They have great rooftop terrace. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Cons:

They need to do some small fixes, but this can not affect the stay.

Très bonne adresse
Pros:

Super emplacement, proche de la plage et de la médina. Tout est faisable à pieds. Personnel très agréable et toujours présent. L'appartement est confortable bien qu'un peu vieillissant mais très propre. Il manque un peu de décorations et des porte-manteau (patères) dans l'entrée et dans la salle de bain. L'isolation des fenêtres de la chambre serait à revoir. Très calme dans le salon, et bruyant dans la chambre (défaut fenêtres) - 2eme étage chambre 202. La terrasse sur le toit est hyper agréable très bien équipée pour profiter des couchers de soleil vue sur la mer, ou boire un verre, ou même manger/dîner.

Cons:

L'isolation sonore des fenêtres de la chambre (appartement 202) et manque de porte manteaux dans l'entrée et dans la salle de bain.
