We had a lovely, relaxing stay and would stay again if we happen to visit Essaouria
Pros:

Very spacious and clean( daily cleaning and towel change) apartment. All the staff, Including the owner, were friendly, helpful and someone was always on hand. Great location; convenient for medina, beach, local facilities. Superb roof top views and lovely terrace to sit out on and relax. Quiet building.

Cons:

A little bit showing its age and some things need replacing or updating such as the shower cubicle. Ample hot water, just doors don’t close properly and a few things in the kitchen need updating, or replacing., but plenty of china. The local area felt safe and quiet, although it’s a little rough around the edges. However, you can get everything that you need for your stay and the shopkeepers and cafe staff are friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The place is perfectly located 1 min away of the beach, 10 minutes from the medina. The appartment was huge and has all need amenities if you want to stay longer. They have great rooftop terrace. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Cons:

They need to do some small fixes, but this can not affect the stay.

Très bonne adresse
Pros:

Super emplacement, proche de la plage et de la médina. Tout est faisable à pieds. Personnel très agréable et toujours présent. L'appartement est confortable bien qu'un peu vieillissant mais très propre. Il manque un peu de décorations et des porte-manteau (patères) dans l'entrée et dans la salle de bain. L'isolation des fenêtres de la chambre serait à revoir. Très calme dans le salon, et bruyant dans la chambre (défaut fenêtres) - 2eme étage chambre 202. La terrasse sur le toit est hyper agréable très bien équipée pour profiter des couchers de soleil vue sur la mer, ou boire un verre, ou même manger/dîner.

Cons:

L'isolation sonore des fenêtres de la chambre (appartement 202) et manque de porte manteaux dans l'entrée et dans la salle de bain.

Très propre, entretenu avec soin. Bien équipé, terrasse avec vue splendide, à pied de tout : restaurants, épicerie, la medina et la plage. Nos enfants (5 ans) s’y ont grandement plu également!

Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, tolles Apartment 3St.mit super Aussicht. Besonders von der Dachterrasse auf der sich eine beträchtliche Anzahl von richtig alten und gepflegte Kakteen und Sukkulenten. Essen, Wäscherei alles auf 100m.

Warm apartment for winter months with sunny rooftop
Pros:

December/January visit so the Heating was such a bonus!! Lovely spacious attractive apartment with daily cleaning. Really lived the rooftop balcony with gorgeous cactus 🌵 pots and sunset sea views

Cons:

Could be a bit more equipment in the kitchen: bowls etc snd needs new taps. But water pressure was great.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Fantastic stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The room was very neat and clean, which I really appreciated. I originally booked for only one night but ended up extending for another because I enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended.

Pros:

The medina and the harbour is about 12-15 mins walk. Next to the building there was a very nice Italian Restaurant (Gusto) what is highly recommended.

Cons:

Our rooms were on the 3rd floor. There were no lifts, so every time we had to climb up 49 really high steps. Our rooms didn't look like what you can see on the first 8-10 photos. They were much worse conditions. The neighbourhood was very dirty with some homeless people.
