Pros:

There was a lack of communication between hotel and Expedia. I was informed that they did not receive the 50% deposit that was taken at booking on the Expedia website. The hotel also denied asking for the deposit from prospective clients.
There was insufficient toiletries in the room. The room was extremely noisy making difficult to get a quiet downtime.

Pros:

Very comfortable rooms. Rooms have a/c and a ceiling fan, so you can choose preference. The location is centrally located and walkable to everything.

Worst ever this is not a 3 star hotel
Pros:

Worst hotel ever, sheets very uncomfortable, mattress worst ever, the look of the place and cost are in line. This should. It be a 3 star hotel in your system

Pros:

The hotel staff and management were very nice. The room was a good size, clean, with great air conditioning! The restaurant food for breakfast was a large portion and very good.

Budget hotel downtown
Pros:

This hotel primarily caters to Panamanian customers. North American travelers will find the lack of amenities disappointing. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the air conditioning is excellent but bad water pressure and the lack of hot water makes taking a shower quite an adventure. The hotel does have a pool and the location downtown gives easy access to what downtown has to offer.
