Une catastrophe qui mériterait son remboursement

Rien en particulier

Cons:

* petit déjeuner servi à partir de 7.45, tard

* pas de pain à l’ouverture du service, personnel sur place non arrangeant suite retard de livraison di boulanger

* piscine: dégoûtante, eau trouble, parois dégoûtantes, ventilation dégoûtante, très petite comparée aux photos du site

* salle de remise en forme : 3 agrès, qui ont au moins trente ans, défectueux et coutures ouvertes , mousse apparente, sièges sales

* équipe du petit déjeuner en short, polo , claquettes

* chambrés propres, literie correcte, mais mobilier des années 80, avec l’usure qui va avec

* vraiment, c’est déshonorer la profession hôtelière et ne mérite aucune étoile

Très bel emplacement avec vue sur le vignoble !
Très proche à pieds des commerces/restaurants.
Excellent petit déjeuner très varié!
Personnel accueillant, souriant et de bons conseils.
Coin piscine très agréable après une journée de marche.

Manque de prises électriques à côté du lit

Pros:

Am Ortsrand gelegen, ruhige Lage, fußläufig nach Riquewihr, ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze, E-Ladestationen, Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Gut gepflegt aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war eher mittelmäßig.

Pros:

Goede kamers en bijna al het personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Er was onduidelijkheid over de kosten van het ontbijt. Die had ik van tevoren opgevraagd. De receptie reageerde daar geïrriteerd op. Dat ervaarde ik niet als prettig en ook niet collegiaal naar de collega die ons het bericht had gestuurd. Beter dit intern oplossen en de klanten er niet mee belasten. Komt niet gastvrij over.

Pros:

Les services proposés (petit-déjeuner / sauna / piscine) sont excellents de même que les possibilités offertes lors d'arrivée tardive. Le personnel est très professionnel et a pu répondre à toutes nos demandes.
