Pros:

Location was convenient, pool and breakfast were just fine. Room was able to hold a family of 7 which was very helpful for a single night road trip stay. Staff were helpful with any questions we had. Would choose to stay here again!

Great hotel!!
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Very nice room. All accommodations. Breakfast was great with different options. Loved getting there mid afternoon and having a coffee bar. That was icing on the cake!

Above and beyond
Pros:

I was there for an eye procedure. Since I couldn't drive home after the procedure, I assumed I would need to take a cab (or uber or . . .) to and from the clinic. They provided transportation free of charged both there and back. I really appreciated that.
The room was nice and clean and suited my special needs, as well. The front desk was extremely friendly and genuinely concerned about my situation.

Pros:

The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is very convenient for traveling around the city.

Cons:

I didn't enjoy how short my stay was, but that's a personal problem.

The Boothill stay.
Pros:

We have stayed at the Boothill several times since moving from Billings. The staff, hotel and amenities have remained at the same high level durnig the years. The on-line check-in was fast and appreciated after a long day on the road. The rooms are clean and the setting is convenient to what we wanted to see and do. The room cost was commensurate to the value offered. Sure you could find a room for less, but in the end you would get much less and would leave at the earlies opportunity. The only drawback we experienced is the noise level. It has increase dramatically from our last stay and is beyond the Boothill's control. Maybe they could install triple pane windows during the next renovation. That being said, we will definately stay at the Boothill during our next visit to the beautiful state of Montana.

Top notch experience at Boothill
Pros:

Boothill Inn and Suites is a lovely facility. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located near the Billings Airport. By the way, the staff at Applebee's near Boothill are great.
