We had stayed at Boothill Inn in the past, will continue do so and consider it a pleasure.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Shuttle service was outstanding and went above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent with a nice setup and great variety.

Cons:

Window covering needed a darkened layer for outside lights all night long and very early morning light.

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The hot tub jets were barely working. We just arrived and had to move rooms because of the bathroom had a leak and the guy below was having a fit the ceiling was leaking. Didn't get any compensation for our hassle of loading back up and switching rooms. Could also hear traffic all night long.

Comfortable and very clean
Pros:

The Boothill Inn is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the atmosphere is western and welcoming. I have always been impressed with how comfortable the rooms are and the noise level in the hotel is very quiet.

We like to stay at this hotel because of its location when we attend the Billings Livestock Sale. It has great parking for our horse trailers and is a short walk to Apple B's for a late-night meal.

Very Friendly and great service.
Pros:

We have stayed here 3 times in the last 2 months, service is great.

We park are vehicle here when we are flying out, they take you to the airport and pick you up.

Very content and satisfied
Pros:

Been coming for over 30 years. Boothill continues to have longevity with their staff and the upgrades have been timely and excellent. Breakfast at the Boot is great . Our home away from home with increased medical and travel!!!

Overall, great. Will return.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, check-in was quick and easy. Hallways smelled fresh and clean.

Cons:

No towels available at pool, one hot tub’s jets weren’t working, bathroom in pool area was disgusting, toilet was destroyed. Soap dispenser in room bathroom not working.

Family fun
Pros:

Great hotel. Pool, breakfast and rooms were all fantastic. It is close to the airport and Metra. On a side note, there are great running/biking trails that take off near the hotel.

Perfect airport location for family travels
Pros:

Outstanding place to stay after very long day of traveling. Room was clean, beds were really comfortable, buffet breakfast was very nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. Couldn't ask for more in a location so convenient to the airport.
