Rooms are a little small
Loved the snacks and fresh coffee every morning. Close to waking to the sea and made the cliff walk.
Good location, rooms were large, clean and newly renovated!! The only thing is watch your first step into the building— step up!

The decor was nice - perfect for a beach area. The facility was spotless and well designed. The beach and five restaurants were within a two-minute walk, and downtown Newport was two miles away. The bed was very comfortable, and linens/towels were high quality. The host was great to deal with and very helpful. There was fresh fruit and many options for a simple breakfast (no tables/chairs to ear at, so you take food back to your room or with you as you're going out). I would definitely stay there again.

The room was fine. We booked the last available room and were on the ground floor next to the parking lot/entrance. That said we didn't spend much time there, because its a block from the beach and restaurants.

Can't say enough about the property and it's management. Cleanest place I've ever been in. The room was quiet and the bed very comfy. Management was great---professional and very accommodating. Great variety of food for breakfast and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.
