My wife and I were looking for a quick getaway and booked here. We can't wait to go back! Cleanest place we ever stayed in. Tony, the manager, made everyone feel at home. When I went downstairs to grab a cup of coffee or a quick snack, I felt like I was hanging out with a lifelong friend. We're recommending Rhea's Inn By The Sea to all our friends!

No outdoor green space. Common area is so so.

Absolute perfection! We will 100% be returning and recommending Rhea’s to anyone going to Newport! We just happened to get a 3rd floor room with a balcony and a view of the ocean which was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful and immaculately clean! The location was just a 2 minute walk from the beach and some other great little restaurants! The innkeeper was attentive and so nice, it felt much more like a B&B than a hotel! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
You truly cannot beat the location. Close to the beach, wedding venue and Flo's clam shack. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Very clean spacious room/suite with deck. We stayed here with my one year old. I appreciate the simple but key additions - black out shades, good ac, free parking, free Ice/refreshments, refurbished bathrooms and very clean rooms and facilities.
There was no crib or pack & play. We brought our own.
Breakfast offered a variety of different choices. Especially being diabetic. Thank You. The sofa and loveseat were excellent for watching the sunset. Also just to sit and read a book and relax.
Just a small lamp instead of the plant on the table as we enjoy playing cards in the evening before bedtime.
This property was clean, within walking distance to the beach, cliff walk, and several good restaurants. It is about 8 minutes from the wharfs and all the “summer cottages” like the Breakers.

The location was wonderful. The inn was charming and quaint. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable with a view of the water. Decor was adorable.
