I have had this property on my radar for years because i have seenit all over social media. The room was beautiful and clean. The only thing was the water drainage was a little sluggish in the shower and the water pressure was not great. Otherwise, the property was absolutely beautiful especially the money shot of the infinity pool with the Volcanoes in the background. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Breathtaking views, beautiful aesthetic, very attentive and kind staff. Keep in mind there is no A/C or fan in the room, but in March with the window open, we slept fine.

Privileged location to enjoy stunning views. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Prepare to negotiate plenty of stair. If driving, going up to the parking area can be challenging.

The property is very inaccessible , and the entrance is very dangerous .my car almost didnt made up the ramp.

The property was absolutely amazing. Love every little corner. The views, the pool, the staff was wonderful. The only thing that I would have to say I need was a better WiFi. My room had no WiFi and I had to step out to actually use WiFi. But other than that I was overwhelmed with the beauty of the place.

Good view to the lake, but one wrong thing it’s how get the resort big hill, yo got have a 4x4 truck to get the hotel, no WiFi en the hotel

The staff at this property were amazing! When our taxi driver didn't show up on time to take us to the airport on the day we had to leave, the owner went out of his way to contact the father of one of his staff members to take us to the airport so we didn't miss our flight. Talk about going above and beyond! The breakfast every morning were amazing. everything that we ordered from the kitchen was delicious. we enjoyed the infinity pool and the hot tub, now only if we could have gotten some better weather to see the volcanoes more clearly. The rooms are not brand new but are nice and clean, the staff is top notch and make you feel like family. Would stay there again.

My fiance and I had a fantastic stay at Tzam Poc Resort and highly recommend it. The staff is outstanding and the amenities are superb — the infinity pool, the hot tub, the wood-burning sauna/steam room, the view from our private deck, a candle-lit dinner on our private deck overlooking the lake and volcanos, and beautiful breakfasts each morning on the glorious patio — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our concierge, Darwin, is incredibly accommodating — running up the stairs to our balcony to serve us cold cervesa upon our arrival to booking a private tour of the lake — he made sure every part of our stay was to our liking.
The only negative comment we could make is the water pressure in the shower and lukewarm temperature could definitely improve.

Possibly the best hotel I have ever been to in my whole life

Tzampoc Resort has one of the best views of one of the most amazing places in the world! Its infinite pool gives you the chance to feel you are swimming into Atitlán lake from the heights and touch the three volcanoes surrounding the lake. With a resident Chef, food lives up to anyone`s expectations. Staff is helpful and polite. Accommodation spaces are clean and comfortable with a superb view and tasteful decoration. If you drive yourself there, just be aware that the entrance is just for the brave... better call the Manager and have one of the staff drive your car up the steep ramp!

Infrastructure was completly in abandond, the pool is no clean as you ser on the picture.

The hotel is out of the main town of Panajachel which makes it quiet. The restaurants are quite far away but the place had a kitchen. We bought food in the supermarket in Pana and cooked for ourselves. The kitchen in the suite was under stocked however and we had to request everything (plates, cutlery,pots etc). They did oblige however.
The view was fabulous. The hotel was high on a hill overlooking the lake.
The room we had was ok but did have ants in the kitchen (so we learned to store all food in the fridge). Hot water was present but the regulator was off so you were too hot or too cold. Towels and sheets were spotless but the shower could have been cleaned better. Overall the room was ok but I thought that it was overpriced for the condition of the hotel which needed new paint, had outdated lighting and plumbing.

A bit disorganized and casual especially when local manager is off duty. Hotel facilities alone do not justify high price but views are superb.
