Es el mejor hotel que pueden encontrar en calidad relación - precio
Me e quedado en muchos hoteles baratos al rededor de Houston, sin duda es en el único que NO e encontrado cucarachas, las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas por el uso, pero está muy limpio, sin duda es un 10 si lo que buscas es un lugar económico para pasar la noche, limpio y en buena ubicación

The front desk clerk was professional and patient.

Cons:

The place REEKED of cigarette. The halls and even the room that we stayed in reeked of cigarette. Ironically, there are several no smoking stickers/signs plastered all over the building. It seems like management does not enforce their rules.

Rude plain and helpful front desk extremely inconvenient to load and unload luggage no elevators I didn’t feel safe. .Ev

Cons:

The guy at the front was rude very plain and unhelpful. There’s no elevator or buggies to carry your luggage in. When I got in my room, there was no lockout latch. It looked like it had been ripped off of the door so that was unsettling and I didn’t feel like I had proper security from unwanted we’re uninvited even staff because they have the master key and can get in if I was in the shower or or had company. They said that the rooms were built with soundproofing(info from booking.com,) but that proved to be not true whatsoever when walking in the hallway, I could hear conversations and people’s phones playing music from the hallway and their doors were closed and it wasn’t even like they were yelling or anything so I didn’t feel like I had much privacy didn’t feel very clean. The floors were sticky. But the location is exactly where I needed it so that was a Plus.

If I could get my money back I would .

I didn’t like anything at all !!

Cons:

The staff was rude ! They charging $50 deposit to stay in a piece of crap ! I am disabled and was forced to walk upstairs . Pets barking nonstop && the room was unclean and smelled like piss . It was hands down the worst room I’ve ever been to . We did not stay long we did not feel safe .
