Can’t think of anything

Wasn’t the best. there was chewing gum on the wall. No hot water in the shower - just like warm/cold. Windows are paper thin could hear all the night clubbers outside the back kept waking us up. Could hear people above us there every foot step. I won’t be staying again £88 was a lot wish we paid abit extra for a warm cozy hotel tbh.

Everything. Staff were useless. The property have not addressed our official complaints. We were told “you get what you pay for” with regards to the screaming and fighting all through the night from multiple other guests - we paid as much as every other hotel in the area!! It was not cheap. The hotel room was dirty. The sheets had dark patches including the pillows. We asked for it to be changed and were ignored.
Staff at the front desk were totally unwilling to deal with the rowdy guests in the rest of the hotel. It was so bad we were close to calling the police. Came home after 2 nights there, completely exhausted and our trip totally ruined.

The first room I was in had peeling plaster and paint, seemed very tired and needs upgrading, there was a bath but no shower and the windows were not double glazed so could hear everything from the road and throughout the night when pubs/clubs kicked out (I understand this is outside of the control of the hostel) Credit to the staff who changed my room for the second night which was better.

Der Zustand des Zimmers entsprach aus meiner persönlichen Sicht nicht einmal grundlegenden Erwartungen. Ich habe mehrere deutliche Mängel festgestellt: Teile der Wandoberfläche lösten sich, und im Badezimmer gab es klare Anzeichen für Feuchtigkeitsschäden, einschließlich Stellen, die wie Schimmel wirkten. Auch die Fenster waren sichtbar verschmutzt, und einige der Bettlampen funktionierten überhaupt nicht.

Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck, dass das Zimmer weder ausreichend gepflegt noch gründlich gereinigt wurde.

Bed was hard we could feel it in our bones, slightly toilet leakage, dried out breakfast.

It’s rather noisy, take earplugs! The mattress is very thin, meaning you feel every bump of the bed frame underneath but I’ve paid a lot more to be a lot more uncomfortable!

The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep at all. The mattress was so thin that I could feel the metal bed frame through it. It was like the bed slats had been removed minus the parts of the frame. There was hardly any furniture.

But cold

Nothing to complain about. Only suggestion that for guest who book pvt rooms, perhaps tea, coffee and kettle provided. However considering the price, all is well.

One more thing which has nothing to do with the hostel. Due to the location, you can hear drunk people screaming at late night but I slept well.
