Nice stay
Pros:

Ideal location , close to shops , pier and sealife aquarium . Comfortable beds . You can have breakfast although we didn't . There is a lift to all floors . We had private room so you do get towels . Nice bathroom with bath rather than just shower.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have kettle in private rooms , although there is coffee machine by the entrance .

Номера уставшие, фасад отеля находится на реконструкции, поэтому опознать его сквозь строительные заграждения крайне сложно. Окна грязные, вид на город был испорчен строительными заграждениями. На этаже какое-то невероятное количество дверей, что с чемоданом затрудняет перемещение до номера.

Very disappointing. TV broken, sewage smell, no view due to filthy windows and scaffolding.

Literally nothing like the listing! The room was filthy, the tv didn't work at all and there was literally no view thanks to the dirtiest windows i've seen and huge amounts of scaffolding out our window full of litter!! We weren't warned about any of the construction and it really ruined the room

Short break in Brightin.
Pros:

Location is brilliant for the cinference we were attending, but alsi fir the beach, Brighton Pier and The Lanes. Price was good.

Cons:

No tea making facilities in the room.

A szobában nem volt semmi berendezés csak egy pult és egy emeletes vas ágy , a harmadik személy nek nem volt felhúzva az ágynemű, a vaslétrán kellett felmászni az ágyra .
Ez egy hostel színvonalú szoba és ahhoz képest drága.

Pros:

The single room option was great..very clean, great shower and a view through the scaffolding of the Pier!

Cons:

The scaffolding obscuring the view AND the entire building! It was hard to locate on arrival as it is clad in construction signage.

Pros:

Location was amazing, views from two sides across the sea. Room was absolutely huge. Bathroom was decent size and a table and chairs looking out to see. Lots of amenities and some staff were great.

Cons:

Most of the staff were extremely unhelpful and didn't seem to know how to do things on the hostel app or what was available/ allowed. They need some training and some lessons in customer service. One staff member was brilliant and really friendly. Unfortunately I don't know their name. The window didn't close fully or lock and there was scaffolding up to it, making us feel vulnerable. The bathroom was a bit dirty. The bed was huge, which was great, but extremely uncomfortable. Thin mattress in places, gave me a painful back / nights sleep. It was extremely noisy at night time, even on the top floor..

Sehr gute Lage, nettes Personal, alles sauber

Cons:

Baustelle vor und an dem Haus; sehr unbequemes Bett, sehr übersichtliches Frühstück, sehr altes Gebäude mit vielen Geräuschen (knarrende Böden etc.), Fenster ziehen (sehr kaltes Zimmer)
