Good location but poor maintenance
Pros:

Very good location near the waterfront and the city centre. I got a single room with private bathroom; the rooms are tiny but clean and with a small bathroom with a nice hot shower. The staff is very nice.

Cons:

Maintenance is very poor, the room windows don’t provide insulation either from the cold nor from the noise. The walls of the breakfast room need painting. For one night it’s ok but it is in desperate need of renovation.
