Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für den Preis in Manhatten top
Pros:

Aussicht vom obersten Stockwerk. Möglich in Küche Essen warm zu machen. Kaffee und Wasser kostenlos rund um die Uhr.
Aussicht aus dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Zimmer extrem klein. Schiebetür im Bad defekt, Bad stand immer komplett offen - ohne Tür. Sehr ärgerlich.
Duschkopf war nicht mehr ganz intakt, das Wasser kam in unterschiedlichen Stärken und selten sehr warm als Strahl aus dem Duschkopf.
Gereinigt wurde in einer Woche nur einmal. Sehr fragwürdig.
Gegend ganz gut aber weniger zentral. U-Bahn 5-7 min Fußweg. Nebenan ein Asiate und einmal ums Eck eine Art Kiosk mit lecker frisch zubereiteten Burger oder Sandwiches, sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent value, safe and comfortable for those planning to spend most of their time out and about exploring NYC.
Pros:

Safe and comfortable in a great location.
Reception staff were very welcoming and always happy to assist with enquires.
Amazing views of NYC sunrise and sunset.

Cons:

Shared areas require some modernisation.

I couldn’t get the air to work. I called and they said they control the air. She said she turned it down but it was boiling. To not have control over the room temp is disappointing.

Overall really enjoyed my stay, staff were great especially David and Yasmin.
Pros:

Location was great, easy walk to subway or buses. Plenty of variety for eating all within easy access.
Room was fine, great view of the city and the views from the rooftop terrace were spectacular.

Cons:

No refrigerator in the room or bedside lamps.
