Posizione eccellente, stanze panoramiche e ben illuminate. Caffetteria e acqua disponibili gratuitamente, a qualsiasi ora. Receptionist gentili e disponibili sebbene la struttura abbia carenze strutturali/planimetriche.

Cons:

10 minuti di attesa per avere l’acqua calda in doccia: inaccettabile nel 2026. Prese della corrente scarse o in posizioni scomode: in bagno, dovendo lasciare il telefono in carica nel lavandino o sulla minuscola mensola sopra il water col filo sospeso sul lavandino, oppure ai piedi del letto, stretta tra muro e materasso. Aria condizionata assente in camera, forse centralizzata ma spenta; ho avuto freddo per 2 notti.

Der Ausblick aus Zimmer 1002 und vom Rooftop war gigantisch.

Pros:

La ubicació. Està super ben situat. L'estació del metro a dues cantonades. I a peu molt a prop de Little Italy, Chelsea, Chinatown, Noho, Soho I Tribeca. Fins I tot hem anat caminant a l'Empire i a downtown!
El RoofTop és espectacular, de nit hi ha una vista privilegiada.
El barri és super bonic, plè de vida a la nit, molts restaurants i locals per gaudir.
Bon cafè gratuït cada matí!

Cons:

L'habitació era molt petita. El llit només es podia entrar per un costat.

Was decent for the location and money
Pros:

Location, safety and comfort. I was able to walk to the office and other points of interest.

Cons:

Room is super tiny. As well as the bathroom. Not enough shelf space in the bathroom and ended up putting my bathroom supplies in the cloths closet (which was very tiny)

Super hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé : restaurant, métro à proximité. Personnel accueillant sympa et à l'écoute. Chambre confortable et fonctionnelle. Vue exceptionnelle (chambre au 10ème étage). Rooftop génial mais non utilisé il faisait trop froid.

Cons:

Mettre un store à la fenêtre de la salle de bain. Remettre au goût du jour les meubles. Ménage fait uniquement sur demande.

Malas habitaciones, servicio neutral pero buena ubicación
Pros:

Lo único bueno que tiene el hotel es que el personal de recepción es muy amable. De hecho olvidé una cartera y contestaron al momento y me la devolvieron

Cons:

Habitaciones ínfimas, poco mantenimiento, en los 7 días solo 1 día nos cambiaron toallas porque lo pedimos. Colchón y almohadas malas.
Los fines de semanas se escucha mucho ruido de afuera por la noche y algunas noches otros huéspedes del hotel eran absolutamente ruidosos a altas horas de la noche.
