Pros:

Very good location, close to amenities. Very youthful, near amusement parks.

This place was disgusting and should be reported to NYC Health Dept.

Cons:

It was filthy. We arrived for a one-night stay, dropped off luggage and went back out and did not arrive back until late at night. Unfortunately we discovered most of these issues late and did not have the wherewithal to request a room change less than 12 hours from checkout:

Blood stained sheets
Food crumbs in bed
Hair in bed
Partially consumed water bottle left from prior guests
Baby roach in shower
Took over 2 min for hot water to start running. Sink was also clogged and almost full by the time we had hot water

We ended up sleeping on top of the comforter because of how dirty the sheets were.

Small, great located hotel with accommodations.
Pros:

Location and the rooftop!

Cons:

Room was a little too small it needed more space use, no sufficient plugs near the bed, hot water takes long time. Cleaning services are requested however it can be improved.

Great location and hotel would stay again
Pros:

Great location and room for a short stay in New York. Extremely comfortable beds!!

Cons:

The cleaners missed some cleaning under our bed which was sticky

Pros:

Ubicación excelente, zona cerca de Noho; el personal súper amable! La habitación era pequeña pero tenía de todo. Había una azotea pequeña que era un buen detalle.

Pros:

De buurt was fijn. Het was dynamisch omgeving met veel beweging.

Cons:

De kamer was klein. Geen ruimte voor je bagage. Gordijnen oud, vuil. Op vraag wel zuivere lakens en handdoeken. Gratis koffie en thee en water.

Front desk was pleasant, but the siled sheets and towels threw me off. The room was bit small.
Pros:

The location is great. Easy to get around. Finding a variety of foods is easy at this location.

Cons:

My bed sheets had soils on them, towel filled with hair. I just could not fathom why the cleaning lady would make up a bed with a sheet that has stains. Why would my towel have hair?
