Pros:

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, die Anlage und der Pool sind toll.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmerbeschreibung bei Booking war irreführend.
Unser gebuchter Garten- und Poolblick war nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten einen Blick aufs Dach.
Auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurde gesagt, die Bilder bei Booking wären nur Beispiele. Wir haben kein anderes Zimmer bekommen.

Don’t be fooled by the pretty face of the hotel. It’s pretty, but lacks the promised amenities

The pool is nice, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it because I had to waste two hours of my life driving to another hotel and paying an extra fee to use the bathroom facilities since you lied about the hot water

Cons:

First of all, I confirmed they had hot water on the reservation booking and also at the Reception before I paid. I was told that of course they have it as well as air conditioning. I don’t need air-conditioning, but they turned it on before I went in the room and all it was doing was cranking noises. And there was no hot water to take a shower so I had to pay another hotel to use their bathroom facilities.
And affect paying $70 or more total for a poor stay, false expectations, in addition to having to take two hours of my time driving through traffic to get to the other hotel so that I could properly bathe.
I’m fully aware I’ve lived for eight years In Nicaragua with the hot water is not something available that’s everywhere, but I absolutely expected to be available when the front desk confirms that my check-in and I pay a price consistent with having proper amenities

Cons:

Qué no tienen parqueo y el señor encargado de esta área no es muy amable.
Además no me gustó que cualquier inconveniente dicen tu vehículo no es su responsabilidad
