Una basura. Ni se como tiene 3 estrellas. Si dormir en la basura sería 1 estrella este debería ser de 2 solo por tener cama. Nomás me senté y me empezó a dar comezón. Sábanas con agujeros y lo peor que no dejaban dormir parece bodega de paquetería y se la pasaban encintando todo el rato que estuvimos ahí. Solo entramos y a la media hora desocupamos la habitación. Y lo peor que hoteles.com me cobró el doble de lo que cobran normalmente. Yo pensaba que pagar 700 por noche sería mejor hotel pero fue un robo. Y pedí asistencia que me reembolsaran aunque sea una noche y nada. Me dieron simples 400 pesos y en bono. Ahora sí me decepcionaron.

DO NOT STAY!! the second I walked into my room was the second I left. It’s dangerous and gross and dirty there a lots of cockroaches. Be warn!! And I did not get my money back

It was very hot absolutely no windows and no ventilation. There was no remote for the tv and the ceiling fan did not work. When we first walked into the room there was a water bug and two crickets on the food the bed still had someone else's hair in it

No estaba muy limpio, solo proporcionaron una toalla y éramos dos personas. La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena esta muy cerca del centro a una tres cuadras de Bellas artes y zocalo

La ubicación me parecio muy buena
Pero la limpieza no, el lavabo tenía cabellos, las toallas estaban percudidas, la regadera no tiene cortina.
No te dejan agua para beber, ni sábanas..
Solo la que cubre la cama
