Pros:

駅近で周囲には深夜まで営業のスーパーを始め飲食店が多く大変便利。部屋の設備は昭和感があります。最上階の大浴場は男性専用ですが、サウナもあって程よいおおきさでした。

Pros:

江坂駅周辺だから、買い物も便利。1本奥だから静か。

Cons:

浴室の洗面台とバスタブの間などに黒カビ。エアコンが効きすぎで暑かったので寝苦しかった。朝カーテンを開けたら物凄い結露。窓枠も黒カビ。なるほど原因はこれかなと思いました。
空気清浄機、ありがとうございました。電源がついて無かったので、コンセントが入ってないのかと思ってしまい、台を動かしてしまいました。ホコリが凄かったのでたまには掃除をしたほうが良いですね。
朝、エレベーターでチェックアウトする時に従業員の方が大きな什器を運んでいて「すいませーん」と言われました。従業員専用のエレベーターが無いんだとビックリしましたが、せめて「申し訳ありません」かなと感じました。
