Totally fine and groovy, friendly staff, wonderful coffee, but questionable amenities
Pros:

Amazing coffee being served nearly all day long.
A nice walk to town.
Deer visit all around.

Cons:

Found out Jacuzzi spa was broken upon arrival.
First room had broken fridges.
Second room had a broken hair dryer.
Breakfast was tough, I felt nervous to eat the food after being left over for the morning. Maybe could leave in a separate fridge to keep cool.

Cons:

I heard of bedbugs from other employees, but I had already booked. So I lifted off the bedsheet, and the mattress had human hairs, and kinds of black things and white things looking like mini-rice grains.

Good Choice
Pros:

HUGE room with 2 queen beds, very comfortable beds and sitting area. All of the amenities: coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Breakfast, though limited, was good. I like that hotel is located near town and the reservoir. Was able to take a nice walk. For the price, I was very happy. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Could hear other patrons in the hallway from inside my room.
