Very clean and super friendly staff.
Pros:

Happy the rooms were all on the same floor and it worked good to have the one room above the breakfast room. That's where we all gathered. Really appreciated the 2pm check-in and 12noon check-out,

Cons:

The hot tub still being out of order. Very nice to have when playing sports!! Breakfast food was decent but the orange and apple juice are watered down and taste horrible. I believe I made the same comment last year,

It was great value. Bed was comfortable, room spotless and location was very handy to everything you need in Melville

Pros:

Clean, bed was comfortable, we had the king spa-tub room. It was a nice size and water ran good. Location was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great.. No hot options, they had pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches that were really greasy and not good. The only other option for protein was bagged hard boiled eggs. Had a fancy coffee machine but the latte option only dispensed hot milk mixed with water. Switched to plain coffee out of the same machine, it was actually pretty good.

How close it was to what I was in Melville for

Cons:

The Breakdast is shouldn't even be called breakfast because it's stale breakfast sandwiches that are cold and are still not tasty after only having a microwave to warm the u. The building needs updated. You can hear everything going on when people are walking buy or parking or even cooking in their own rooms.

Cons:

Your breakfast did not have anything hot other than the waffle. There were no egg sandwiches or hard boiled eggs. There was a lack of variety in the bread and the coffee machine only dispenses French vanilla or Hot chocolate and no regular coffee.

Amazing management
Pros:

the manager of Sigma was extremely helpful and Kind. When I had issues with my booking he accommodated immediately with empathy. Because of this professionalism and kindness I would 100% recommend. The Breakfast was delicious with lots of options for adults and kids. I felt safe being at this hotel and not worried about cleanliness.

Cons:

booking.com double booked me. thankfully the hotel rectified the situation

Cons:

Exercise equipment and hot tub were not working. Lobby wasn’t clean. Minor upkeep needed in rooms.
