Đối diện là siêu thị, xung quanh cũng có bãi gửi xe có phí, nếu k đky trc với ks, thì sẽ phải gửi ở những bãi xe này

Cons:

Phải đky bãi gửi xe trc, khi bước vào sảnh có lẽ nh người sẽ k ngửi đc mùi hương nồng nặc ở sảnh, thơm đến mức đau đầu

Pros:

コスパがとても良いです。設備も綺麗なので気に入って2度目の滞在です。周りに飲食店やコンビニ、スーパーもあり、食事には困りません。

Cons:

冷凍庫のスイッチが入ってなかったので、アイスクリームが溶けてしまいました。是非スイッチを入れておいて欲しいです。

Very happy for overall services.
Pros:

Close to Hon-Atsugi station as it’s in a quieter area eventhough walking distance is around 10mins but it’s very convenient and safe.

In front of the hotel there’s a big supermarket where you can buy your three times meal if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant.

This is my second time spending the night at My STAYS hotel and I just love it.

Cons:

Bigger room than other business hotels with a very good price. Good amenities and services as well.

2人で泊まるはずなのに1人分しか用意されていなかった。
エアコンが壊れており室内は29°になりかけていたにも関わらず、部屋の交換の提案の代替え案が一切なく、扇風機の対応のみであった。最初は我慢したができなくなり返金を求めたが最初は断られ、渋々返金対応になったが、そもそもサービスを提供し、それで売上をたてているのにも関わらず、スタッフさんたちの対応はいかがなものかと考えさせられました。
大変申し訳ありませんでしたの言葉もなく、
最後は、ありがとうございました。と見送っていたが、どこに対しての感謝を表しており、場面に応じた言葉もかけられないのかと不快感すらあった。

安価なのでまあまあです。
Pros:

宿泊価格にしては満足感あり

Cons:

朝食を後付し料金はネット決済が済んでいたが、反映されてなく受付時に朝食券が付いてなかったし、ロビーの客が大声で喋っていたせいもあったがフロント者の声が全く聞こえないのでイラッとした。朝食のレストラン担当の女性の方とても親切に朝食券の対応していただきました。
