非常に残念な対処によって、不安で残念な気持ちの一夜でした

知人だったら、と思いロックを掛けて少しドアを開けました
かなりの量の放水があり、急いでドアを閉め
フロントに連絡してすぐ来てもらう
入り口の放水を処理して欲しい、防犯カメラをチェックして欲しいと伝えると～室内のバスタオルで拭こうとする～拒否するも新しいタオルをお持ちします～との回答
えっ、客室バスタオルで床を拭いて、それを業者洗濯すれば良いと思ってるホテルスタッフに違和感しか感じない💦
掃除用具で清掃して欲しいと伝える
ピンクの雑巾らしき物で拭くも除菌などせず、防犯カメラの設置もない～と言われる
今、思うとドアスコープから見えた男性…全裸だったかも(肌色のシャツかとも思ったが)…放水も放尿レベルの水量だったかと…
対応にしたフロントスタッフは、ペットボトルでの放水では…と💦
夜中12時5分の出来ごとです
ホテルの責任ではないものの～全く安心出来る対応と対処ではなかったと思っています
翌朝のフロントは、前夜と同じスタッフだった為に何も言わずにチェックアウト～いろいろと別件で対応して頂いたスタッフの方、きちんとお仕事されているスタッフの方もいらっしゃいました
今後は、客室のタオルで床を拭こうとするなどの対応などがないようにして頂きたい

街中レトロホテル
Pros:

繁華街にありお店には困らなかった。スタッフの方は丁寧でした。

Cons:

部屋は広くて良かったですが、施設自体が古く、
お風呂場は多少匂いもあった。
朝ごはんのバイキングは品数がもう少し多くてもいいと思う。
