Over priced - Listing should disclose the Pool is Not Heated
Pros:

The female staff and the Day porter Roberto were Excellent. They always greeted me with a smile and made every effort to exceed expectations

Cons:

1) Pool is not heated and THIS was the main reason I booked this hotel
2) ANTS in my room -- bathroom and bedding
3) Dining experience was depressing -- the menu never changed with too many (4) types of lasagne on the menu. Dining room decor is very cheap and service was slow. No music like other hotels.
4) There was an issue that occurred when the desk clerk would not open the Entry gate while my daughter was standing in the street -- (he) demanded through an intercom to know her Room number -- and she is only nine years old. The same clerk did not apologize and ignored my request to speak to the Manager.
6) No Night Porter for those 6AM flights

Viaje a la Costa Amalfitana.
Pros:

Nuestra habitación confort con vistas a mar, era espaciosa con un gran baño y bañera de hidromasaje. las vistas espectaculares. aunque no esta en el centro de Ravello, disponen de un servicio que te aproxima a la ciudad y que te recoge en el caso de necesitarlo, que funciona durante todo el dia y finaliza a las 9.00 hs de la noche. El hotel se encuentra cerca del nuevo auditorio de Ravello, a unos 10 15 minutos andando al centro de Ravello
Desayuno correcto y completo.
Camas king size super cómodas y buenísima la calidad de la ropa de cama y almohadas.

Cons:

encontramos que la recepción y el salon de comedor, aunque correctos no están al nivel del establecimiento.
Por lo demás todo bien.

Great value, incredible views, 8 minutes to Ravello
Pros:

The service, room layout, views, and extra help from Roberto and Pasquale. The staff was very helpful during booking, working with us to select the right rooms for our party, ones with great views and patios. Also, the morning dining experience was exceptional - great food and service. A parking spot was a huge plus. The rooms we stayed in were nicely appointed and spacious, with spectacular patios. It is a very short walk (8 minutes) up the road to the entrance of Ravello, giving you a access to great restaurants, Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufallo, and a number of ceramic shops. Casual hikers would love the trek down to Altrani and Amalfi - about an hour and some of the best views and coastal sights you'll experience.

Cons:

Bathtubs are a little hard to get in and out of. Here is some advice for those new to the area - bus service is a little challenging to get tickets for and taxis to/from Amalfi can reach €150 each way - do your research on making Ravello your jump-off point and be prepared for your journeys.

Pros:

everything from room, staff, food, view were above our expectations, we will be back!
rooms well equipped, clean, bed and towels changed daily, room was warm and well phonic insulated .

Cons:

has nothing to do with the room , food or staff, more with surroundings of the hotel, the lower pool and around that pool didn't look very nice and that from the breakfast balcony,

Location was very central to the main square. There was also a free shuttle that ran every 30 minutes. Staff was very nice and views were great! Would highly recommend.
