Overall good. Ravello us just harder to get in and out of. Restaurants around were average at nest.
Pros:

Amazing views, large room, awesome breakfast, pretty flowers everywhere. Great service.

Cons:

Step in bathroom tub was not safe, bed a little hard

Hotel with great views, big rooms - if you get the better rooms that is - and parking / pool!
Pros:

Had a lovely big room with a view. I think a deluxe or a suite. Was beautiful - actually larger than I needed. The pool area was nice, and breakfast was good. Parking is a bit tricky but good to have.

Cons:

Pricey, but I guess that's Ravello for you. Loses marks because the opening hours of the pool are very limited, only opens at 9am in the morning so you can't swim before breakfast. And shuts at 7pm so you can't swim in the evening really either.

Also be aware that it is about 10 minute walk up a narrow steep road to the town centre. Fine if you're fit, not if you're older / slower. They have a free shuttle to take you up there if you book it, but not to bring you back I don't think.

Restaurant didn't seem to be very good (both the room and the menu) so we went into town)

Pros:

Quarto grande e confortável, uma vista espetacular, cama confortável, banheiro grande e vem limpo, localização ótima, a 15 minutos a pé do centro de Ravello, mas o hotel oferece shuttle para os hospedes, o que é excelente. Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel oferece serviço de quarto para o jantar, com comidas muito gostosas, vale a pena. Todos os funcionários muito educados, prestativos e atenciosos.

Travesseiro poderia ser melhor (para o meu gosto)

cudowne miejsce ze świetną obsługą. czułam się tu wspaniale zaopiekowana a jednocześnie swobodna. przestronny suite z ogromnym super wygodnym łóżkiem i pokojem kąpielowym, widok nie z tej ziemi i nawet jedzenie z bistro pyszne. już chcę wracać!

Don't book the suite with the sea view

We had booked what was described as a “suite with sea view.” In reality, the accommodation was a small bedroom with no windows, attached to a compact living area that offered only a partial view of the ocean.

The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible dampness seeping through the walls, which made the overall experience quite disappointing.

When we raised this with the manager and requested a change of room, we were told that the “fine print” clarifies it as a room with a partial sea view. This response was unhelpful and misleading - if that is the case, the listing should clearly state “partial sea view” rather than “suite with sea view.”

Overall, the description does not accurately reflect the actual accommodation, and expectations were not met.

Il personale è stato fantastico. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili e hanno risposto a tutte le nostre domande. La camera era pulita e luminosa con una vista mare pazzesca. Collazione per tutti i gusti. Buonissima. Il plus da non sottovalutare è il parcheggio interno gratuito. Grandissimo. Ci torneremo!
