Rooms okay. Service exceptional
Pros:

Location was great very central.
Staff were lovely and tried to rectify the issues we had with our room.
Good hot water and pressure in shower.

Cons:

Rooms appear worn and ours had a foist smell .
We were moved which was great
But A/C not functioning well due to the extreme heat they have been facing in recent months.
Ants were an issue.
And there are a lot of stairs to the rooms with no lift.
Pool is pretty much in the reception area which isn’t ideal.

Relaxing stay in Unawatuna
Pros:

- Lovely, welcoming staff
- Comfortable room with both bathtube & shower
- Good location close to the beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, bus stop...
- Nice pool area
- Good breakfast
- Relaxed atmosphere, you could even see some chill monkeys here :)

Pros:

The staff was excellent, we reached at 7am and they happily gave us rooms so early. There were so many monkeys right in front of our room in the morning, it felt like we were in the middle of a jungle. They also have yoga classes everyday, my wife went of it and really enjoyed it

Cons:

The room is fine, not the best but not bad too but I think the toilet needs a renovation. Also it took reallyong time for the a to cool in our room. We had booked this hotel because they had a private pool but to be honest the pool is super small and it looked better in photos than in real life so we never used it

Great comfortable stay , located near the beach . Oshan from the team was very helpful
Pros:

good location. Minutes walk away from Unawatuna . Staff were very friendly

Cons:

My air con didn't work on the last night but there was a ceiling fan which sufficed.

Patiko būti džiunglių apsuptyje ir matyti laukinius gyvūnus: varanus, burundukus, spalvotus paukščius, bezdžiones. Taip pat patiko viešbučio darbuotojai. Tai šio viešbučio brangakmeniai, nuo žemiausio personalo iki aukščiausio. Pakalbinkite juos, išmokite bent kelis žodžius jų kalba, jie tai labai vertina. Dar vienas pastebėjimas: jų barmenas paruošė man negronį, už ką ypatingas ačiū ;). ඔබගේ හෝටලයට සාර්ථකත්වය, රටට සෞභාග්‍යය, සහ සියලුම හෝටල් සේවකයින්ට පුද්ගලික ස්තුතියක්

Surašysiu trūkumus, kuriuos tikiuosiu viešbutis sutvarkys. Tai bus patyrusio keliautojo draugiški-broliški patarimai. Net ir aukštesnio lygio numeriuose yra nemažai techninių problemų. Tokių kaip surūdijęs, per visus galus purškiantis dušas, nepritvirtintas seifas, prastas klozeto dangtis, tik vienas kambario raktas (jei nepalieki rakto registratūroje, niekas negali sutvarkyti kambario :) ), dėmėti baldai. Skruzdėlės ir driežai kambaryje. Laiptų, kuriais leidžiamasi žemyn iš viršutinių aukštų lubos žemos, reikia ryškiai pažymėti, nes turistai pastoviai daužo galvas. Nepatraukliai patiekiami pusryčiai, jie nėra skanūs. Dar nepatiko rusų turistų gausa viešbutyje, bet čia ne viešbučio problema :) Žinoma, tai Šri Lankos stilius ir viskas tai gali būti priimta kaip norma. Bet smulkmenos parodo viešbučio kokybę ir leidžia sėkmingai konkuruoti viešbučių rinkoje.

Hotel with wonderful environment and excellent staff and service by fair price
Pros:

Firstly, the wonderful staff who received and supported me during my stay.
Secondly, the location and the lovely jungle-life environment of hotel.

It had a Jungle feel and away from the noise of the busy streets.

Nice hotel but a little overpriced
Pros:

The location, the pool, the ayurvedic massage. We had a large superior room but with no view.

Cons:

The shower was open to the elements and filled up with leaves. The staff's limited command of English made arranging things unnecessarily difficult sometimes.

We were disappointed and it certainly did not live up to its reviews.
Pros:

Breakfast was good as was the evening meal we had.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t very pleasant - certainly no views of the sea. It looked and felt run down and wasn’t in the main building. We overlooked a car park.

Yoga
Pros:

I did yoga here, it was the best activity I've ever been to. The coach is a professional, he tells and explains everything. I don't know English well, but I understood everything. I recommend yoga here.
