Pros:

Great location, close to the historic castle and the old town, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The room had excellent sound insulation, making it quiet and perfect for relaxing. It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The view from the room was stunning.

There is no lobby, so there is no waiting area available.

Outstanding value and location
Pros:

Fabulous hotel, close to everything in the old town, plus still walkable to marina area and beaches
Unbeatable views of the alcazabar from the roof-top bar (good prices too).
Staff all very friendly and helpful, with excellent English.
Bed super comfy.
Would love to stay here again.

Cons:

Our room was on the 1st floor and the food smells from the restaurants below kept making us hungry (hardly a negative!)
