Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

This hotel was clsed when we arrived. No notice.

Room was clean, staff friendly. Breakfast could have been a little more inviting.

My husband and I stayed one night while visiting Black Rocks. It's a basic hotel, nothing fancy. It was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The AC was ice cold! One of the bathroom lights didn't work, not a big deal. Overall, if you are looking for a clean and basic room to sleep in, this will do!

Booked on a Wednesday night cuz most everything else in town was full or they were price gouging. We found this place a bit difficult to get to because of odd traffic patterns. There are no restaurants within an easy walk - plenty of them several blocks away across Hiway 41 if you dare. The room was clean and well furnished and had the standard amenities. Although a budget hotel, the value just wasn't great. Breakfast was poor, we didn't even try it and we're not particular. Just an OK place to crash for the night, get a shower and move on.

Only booked a room here because of the price and the amenities stating there would be a mini-fridge. The room did not have a mini-fridge and the guy at the counter wasn't willing to give us a different room. My husband has medications that must be refrigerated and using a communal fridge is not something I'm willing to chance. Called the travel agency and they attempted to contact the front desk and had 3 unanswered calls. So we had no choice but to stay and I emptied their ice maker to fill our cooler up for his medications. While getting ready for bed I went to grab a coffee cup to fill with water and found two half smoke weed blunts. I called the front desk at Quality Inn per the note on the Value Host front desk and the girl working came right over and moved us to the room right next door to ours and that room smelled very clean and had a mini-fridge in it. I took photos of the blunts however I'm not currently able to upload them right now.

The price was right conveniently located too. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Fantastic room. Comfortable bed. The morning staff seemed a little overworked. Continental breakfast was adequate but there is room for some improvement. But, we would definitely stay there again if in the area.

A lot of value for the money! It’s a nice little motel. Dated but clean. Crew was friendly. Very easily accessed off the main thoroughfare through Marquette. Even located across from a grocery store.

staff was very courteous and helpful However the door jam and bottom door was higher than entrance and we kept getting our feet not caught maybe if you can fix the door jam on the floor to the door it would be more even and prevent someone tripping over it Otherwise the room was very clean and staff was very helpful

Stayed for the weekend. The rooms are not sound proof. You could hear the shower and toilet flush above. There is an attempt to "freshen" up the rooms with new carpeting and new mattress. Bed was alright. When you moved, the aluminum boxes the matress is on would constsntly make noise. AC filter was caked full of dust and debris. I cleaned it for them, but the whole unit needs to be cleaned with an air compressor and vacuum. Breakfast is bagels, granola bars and coffee/juice.

It was relatively comfortable but I was disappointed that I did not get any large towels in the room. The breakfast was just ok as well. It was ok for a night but a comfortable stay just for a night.

Check in was fast - gentleman was kind and gave us the choice of ground floor or 2nd floor. Convenient location on our route and a pleasure to stop after 8 hours on the road.
