In February, I brought my parents to Macau to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary, and our final stop was The St. Regis Macao. This stay turned out to be an unforgettable experience for our family.
We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a Metropolitan Suite, which offered absolutely stunning views. From the room we could see iconic landmarks including the Parisian Eiffel Tower, Big Ben, and the Venetian. The view was beautiful during the day, but it became even more magical at night when all the lights came on.
Macau is home to many luxury hotels, but the butler service at St. Regis truly represents the highest standard of the brand in Asia. A special thank you to Lina, who thoughtfully arranged a beautiful anniversary setup in our suite. My parents were deeply touched by the effort she put into making the celebration special. In addition to the decorations, she even prepared traditional calligraphy brushes and Chinese New Year decorations, which added a very warm and personal touch. She also kindly helped take family photos for us, leaving us with wonderful memories of this special occasion.
During our stay, we also enjoyed several meals at The Manor restaurant, and every visit was delightful. The staff were incredibly attentive and remembered our names after just one interaction. Special thanks to Ceci and Cindy, who not only warmly introduced the dishes but also helped take photos for us and even printed them as keepsakes. Their thoughtful service truly stood out.
We were also honored to see General Manager Stuart Douglas again during our stay. It is clear that under his leadership the hotel maintains an exceptionally high level of service and quality.
And of course, the St. Regis Bar is a must-visit — the atmosphere and drinks are outstanding.
This stay was more than just a trip; it became a very special memory for our family. Many thanks to the entire St. Regis Macao team for such a wonderful experience.
Just visited St. Regis Macao in December and March respectively.
First of all, I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Ryan from the Front Office. Very lucky, that both checkins are done by Ryan. Despite the demanding workload during busy weekends, he still provides a smooth checkin process while introducing member benefits clearly. He tries his best to welcome us warmly and ensures the best staying experience. It’s not easy, but we can witness the high standard of hospitality demonstrated by Ryan!
Meanwhile, I would also like to point out that every staff we met, at The St. Regis Bar, The Manor in the morning, counter outside the gym room, and the butler team and house keeping team of course, are very nice and friendly. We stayed here for birthday celebration or short staycation break, and we truly enjoyed and get relaxed throughout the stay.
Breakfast is nice with great varieties, price of in-room dining is reasonable and nice for spending dining credits.
I think every marriott platinum or above members will not regret to stay here, if making reservation thru the FHR program ! The only pity point is we travelled quite frequently to Japan, so we are not aware that getting to hot bath needs to have swimwear, that’s why we didn’t have a chance to experience this time. Will remember to bring so we can get to the hot bath next time!
Thank you very much :)
I recently stayed at The St Regis Macau and felt the service definitely exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at the St Regis before in other locations but I must say the detail to attention and care was above and beyond. The General Manager - Stuart-Wayne Douglas is exceptional and his hospitality was top notch. Our stay was excellent and I would like to mention that the St Regis Bar is not to be missed the cocktails, the ambience and the music was great. Alvin the manager was also very warm and welcoming.
Best service in Macau! From the GM to the Butler service to the F&B staff, we were treated like VVIP's.
I would highly recommended this hotel ( and it's wonderfully heated pool ) to anyone whether travelling on business or leisure. 6 stars.
A big thank you to Luke and Chris who made our stay memorable. Their support was way better than we could ask for. We had a wonderful upgrade to a big room and with the help of Luke it was so easy to book the best ticket to get to the Hongkong Airport. Actually Luke took care of everything. We definitely recommend the St Regis hotel. It’s not only a wonderful hotel but perfectly located at the Cotai Strip.
We have lost count of how many times we’ve stayed at The St. Regis Macao, and The Manor has never once let us down. The service is consistently exceptional, and this visit was no different. Rod, in particular, always greets us with a big smile and truly warm hospitality that makes us feel at home every time. His attentive and professional service is a key reason we keep coming back.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the concierge team, especially Rocky, who always goes the extra mile to ensure all our requests are thoughtfully taken care of. Their dedication and attention to detail make every stay smooth, comfortable, and truly memorable.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at St. Regis Macao—everything exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and made check-in effortless and friendly. Throughout my entire visit, every staff I interacted with was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. Whether it was a quick question at the front desk, a small request for extra amenities, or just needing some local recommendations, they went out of their way to make sure I felt taken care of.
I had a truly memorable stay at The St. Regis Macao from Feb 8-9 (Room 1317). The level of service here is world-class, and I was so moved by the team that I wanted to proactively share my appreciation.
Special thanks to Benjamin Li and the entire Butler Team for their impeccable professionalism and warmth. They truly embody the St. Regis legacy. At the St. Regis Bar, Nick was fantastic—his craft and welcoming energy made for a perfect evening. I also want to commend Cindy at The Manor for her exceptional and attentive service during my meal.
If you are looking for a hotel that combines luxury with genuine, heartfelt service, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!
Amazing service from the first step till the last moment at the hotel. Mr. Christian our Buttler was so helpful and kind.
The place is beautiful, the food delicious. Great place to have amazing break.
Located in Cotai East. Massive complex with 4 hotels under the Londoner group.
St Regis has an old world charm. We love the twin room on the 32nd floor. Feels very comfortable and has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Good value for money too. The Butler Service is top notch and when I requested stuff through WeChat, there is always an instant response. The room is well insulated so there is hardly any noise.
Cindy from the Butler Service arranged a nice decoration in the room and Beth helped address our request instantaneously.
The area the hotel can improve on is help guests mail postcards rather than make us go find the business centre that is two blocks away. It would have been impossible to locate if not for the assistance of Rio, the concierge, who accompanied us there. Just charge us for postage if need be rather than waste our precious time. Spent almost 3/4 of an hour walking there and back. Other Marriott Bonvoy properties allow us to leave the postcards with the Front Desk. I wouldn’t have inconvenienced anyone if I could locate a mailbox. It’s funny that the complex has a mailbox with the clearing time indicated on it but it is not a working one. Luckily I checked or my efforts buying the stamps, postcards and writing out 10 of them would have been stuck in there.
Impressive five-star, in particular exceptional butler service from start to finish, demonstrated masterclass in discretion and anticipation.
We stayed at this property for 3 nights last month. We arrived at the Macau Airport in the afternoon. The signage to the hotel shuttle from the arrival hall was not clear enough for us, but following the crowd would not do you any harm I guess. The shuttle to the Londoner was a breeze, it would get you there in less than 15 minutes. Once you arrived at the Londoner, you had to head inside the building and then go to your left where you would find Tim Ho Wan. You then had to go straight a little further and you would locate the entrance to the St Regis on your right, just behind the Tea cup artworks.
After staying at 2 other Cotai resorts, I felt Londoner is really the best. It is neighbouring with the City of Dreams, the Wynn, the MGM, the Parisian, the Venetian and the Studio City. A really awesome base to your Cotai resort hopping adventure.
Check in was quick and smooth. We had to wait until after 3PM for our room, understandable especially during this festive season. I particularly liked the scent of the hotel, really oozing the sophistication of the brand. A little note to the management was maybe a missing information regarding the complimentary in room tea and coffee that was not distributed to us during our check in but was mentioned to my father in law during his check in time on the same day at a different time.
Our two queen sized bedroom was marvelous, beautifully designed and well thought-out throughout. The bed was heavenly, the pillows were awesome to say the least and the linen felt super fresh. Our room had a partial Eiffel tower view, which was really nice. The bathroom was also well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and was sad to depart. If I could I would give this property a 6 / 7 stars, really.
A special shoutout to the housekeeping team for keeping my wife’s bathing suite.
We stayed one night at The St. Regis Macao to celebrate our twins’ birthday on our first trip to Macau, and the thoughtful service made it truly special.
With the help of Hazel, a Korean staff member, we were able to see the House of Dancing Water, which we almost missed upon arrival. She also arranged a room with the Eiffel Tower view we had hoped for, a wonderful surprise after a long flight.
The butler team’s handwritten calligraphy birthday note was incredibly touching and helped us create unforgettable family memories.
We would definitely stay at St. Regis again on our next visit to Macau.
We visited during Christmas and despite the busy operations, the staffs were very attentive and welcoming. We were warmly greeted by Marlo and helped us with some inquiries. The hotel receptionist Xyryl and Luee were very helpful and professional. They all gave us a very good impression of St. Regis Macau!
Fully impressed by the service of the hotel, the Butler Team is simply the best! Very thoughtful, very caring and fully committed to service us the best in celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. John has kept well informed to prepare my trip and Winnie was able to check us in for our early arrival. Then, Allan has demonstrated the world class butler service to us when we arrived. He has been with us all the time responding to all we need. Prepare our rooms to perfect our stay. Thank you so much and fully appreciated
We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at St. Regis Macao, and the experience exceeded our expectations.
During lunch at the St. Regis Bar, we were pleasantly surprised with delightful mocktails from Maya, which added a refreshing touch to our meal.
We returned to our room to find it decorated with balloons and a beautiful cake waiting for us. A big thank you to Butler Eric.
We also enjoyed watching the champagne sabering, which was very entertaining.
Astima surprised us with a small cake during breakfast at The Manor, making our anniversary celebration sweeter.
St. Regis Macau is truly one of the best hotels in Macau in all aspects - butler services, check-in, dining, ongoing services during the stay, check-out, bell desk, and overall experience.
Butler services start with pre-arrival. Email reachout by them is impressive and attentive to details ensuring we will have the best experience once arrived. They helped us make restaurant reservations directly which saved us time and work.
Check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff was professional, fast, knowledgeable, and with a big smile. She even walked us to the elevator bank. A true 5-star experience right there.
The room was just superb. All setup was nicely done. The views to the strip were amazing. Even the housekeeping staff we ran into in the hallway would consistently and politely greet you with a big smile.
We dined at The Manor for dinner. The Mediterranean cuisine was just incredible. The famous grilled octopus totally earned its reputation. We were slightly bummed they didn't have sea bass. However, the chicken skewers and wagyu steak well made up for it.
Breakfast at The Manor was equally impressive. We were honored to meet Chef Dell'Aquila in person. He came out to our table and was very pleasant to chat with. A great chef running a great team for St. Regis.
We did the late check-out and the experience was smooth. Bell desk promptly and professionally helped us with luggage. Again, everyone always carried a big smile.
The daily champagne bottle cutting (I know they use a different fancy name) was always fun to watch and enjoy. They even let me cut up a bottle by myself! My goodness! A real participation!
We previously stayed at St. Regis Hong Kong and Shanghai. Both were amazing. St. Regis Macau took us to the next level.
Everyone we met well deserved a big THANKS! The butler team: Carrie, Wing and a few others, the Manor team: Jonathan, Kim, Kaye, Rod and Joel, the front desk team and the bell desk team. My sincere thanks again to Chef Dell'Aquila, an incredible chef.
We can't wait to plan our next trip to St. Regis Macau again in the near future. Thank you for all the wonderful experiences you gave us.
Excellent time in the St Regis Bar - great food and drinks. Entertainment was wonderful. Prince Christian was an awesome server - he took very good care of us all.
We recently stayed at the St. Regis Macau for four nights, and it was a very pleasant experience. The General Manager, Douglas, was super warm and welcoming. The team at the St. Regis bar took great care of us - We even had a brief one-on-one bartending lesson. The Butler and hospitality team were also very attentive and had our rooms made with care and precision daily. If you want top-notch services, we definitely recommend this hotel over the ones nearby.
The location is just right on Cotai. Benjamin was the front team who did the check in process. He was very nice and helpful - made my arrival very smooth. I arrived around 11am and got an early check in right away.
The room was Metropolitan Suite with Tower view. I could see a super clear view of Big Ben, The Venecian, and Eiffel Tower right from my living room which I enjoyed very much.
Bathroom is big, fresh condition, well-equipped of amenities. The water pressure was strong and consistent, as well as water temperature.
Londoner casino was right next to the lobby and breakfast area.
As a platinum member, the breakfast was not complimentary at this hotel, but offering a special price of around MOP 238 (if I remember correctly). I had breakfast at hotel one morning, and the other morning at Tim Ho Wan (within few steps walk).
In general, I am very happy with this property, and would stay here again on my next trip.
