We stayed one night at The St. Regis Macao to celebrate our twins’ birthday on our first trip to Macau, and the thoughtful service made it truly special.
With the help of Hazel, a Korean staff member, we were able to see the House of Dancing Water, which we almost missed upon arrival. She also arranged a room with the Eiffel Tower view we had hoped for, a wonderful surprise after a long flight.
The butler team’s handwritten calligraphy birthday note was incredibly touching and helped us create unforgettable family memories.
We would definitely stay at St. Regis again on our next visit to Macau.
We visited during Christmas and despite the busy operations, the staffs were very attentive and welcoming. We were warmly greeted by Marlo and helped us with some inquiries. The hotel receptionist Xyryl and Luee were very helpful and professional. They all gave us a very good impression of St. Regis Macau!
Fully impressed by the service of the hotel, the Butler Team is simply the best! Very thoughtful, very caring and fully committed to service us the best in celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. John has kept well informed to prepare my trip and Winnie was able to check us in for our early arrival. Then, Allan has demonstrated the world class butler service to us when we arrived. He has been with us all the time responding to all we need. Prepare our rooms to perfect our stay. Thank you so much and fully appreciated
We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at St. Regis Macao, and the experience exceeded our expectations.
During lunch at the St. Regis Bar, we were pleasantly surprised with delightful mocktails from Maya, which added a refreshing touch to our meal.
We returned to our room to find it decorated with balloons and a beautiful cake waiting for us. A big thank you to Butler Eric.
We also enjoyed watching the champagne sabering, which was very entertaining.
Astima surprised us with a small cake during breakfast at The Manor, making our anniversary celebration sweeter.
St. Regis Macau is truly one of the best hotels in Macau in all aspects - butler services, check-in, dining, ongoing services during the stay, check-out, bell desk, and overall experience.
Butler services start with pre-arrival. Email reachout by them is impressive and attentive to details ensuring we will have the best experience once arrived. They helped us make restaurant reservations directly which saved us time and work.
Check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff was professional, fast, knowledgeable, and with a big smile. She even walked us to the elevator bank. A true 5-star experience right there.
The room was just superb. All setup was nicely done. The views to the strip were amazing. Even the housekeeping staff we ran into in the hallway would consistently and politely greet you with a big smile.
We dined at The Manor for dinner. The Mediterranean cuisine was just incredible. The famous grilled octopus totally earned its reputation. We were slightly bummed they didn't have sea bass. However, the chicken skewers and wagyu steak well made up for it.
Breakfast at The Manor was equally impressive. We were honored to meet Chef Dell'Aquila in person. He came out to our table and was very pleasant to chat with. A great chef running a great team for St. Regis.
We did the late check-out and the experience was smooth. Bell desk promptly and professionally helped us with luggage. Again, everyone always carried a big smile.
The daily champagne bottle cutting (I know they use a different fancy name) was always fun to watch and enjoy. They even let me cut up a bottle by myself! My goodness! A real participation!
We previously stayed at St. Regis Hong Kong and Shanghai. Both were amazing. St. Regis Macau took us to the next level.
Everyone we met well deserved a big THANKS! The butler team: Carrie, Wing and a few others, the Manor team: Jonathan, Kim, Kaye, Rod and Joel, the front desk team and the bell desk team. My sincere thanks again to Chef Dell'Aquila, an incredible chef.
We can't wait to plan our next trip to St. Regis Macau again in the near future. Thank you for all the wonderful experiences you gave us.
Excellent time in the St Regis Bar - great food and drinks. Entertainment was wonderful. Prince Christian was an awesome server - he took very good care of us all.
We recently stayed at the St. Regis Macau for four nights, and it was a very pleasant experience. The General Manager, Douglas, was super warm and welcoming. The team at the St. Regis bar took great care of us - We even had a brief one-on-one bartending lesson. The Butler and hospitality team were also very attentive and had our rooms made with care and precision daily. If you want top-notch services, we definitely recommend this hotel over the ones nearby.
The location is just right on Cotai. Benjamin was the front team who did the check in process. He was very nice and helpful - made my arrival very smooth. I arrived around 11am and got an early check in right away.
The room was Metropolitan Suite with Tower view. I could see a super clear view of Big Ben, The Venecian, and Eiffel Tower right from my living room which I enjoyed very much.
Bathroom is big, fresh condition, well-equipped of amenities. The water pressure was strong and consistent, as well as water temperature.
Londoner casino was right next to the lobby and breakfast area.
As a platinum member, the breakfast was not complimentary at this hotel, but offering a special price of around MOP 238 (if I remember correctly). I had breakfast at hotel one morning, and the other morning at Tim Ho Wan (within few steps walk).
In general, I am very happy with this property, and would stay here again on my next trip.
We stayed here with our kids and parents. The location is great for getting around the Cotai Strip and visiting the nearby hotels, and it’s only about a five-minute walk to the Dancing Water show.
They did their best to arrange adjacent rooms for us, and everything from the bedroom and bathroom to all the small details was super convenient and very thoughtfully designed.
The butler service was always friendly and quick to respond, not just for the room but for our whole Macau trip. Big thanks again to our room butler, Christy.
I checked in december 2 in morning time and when I am paying the taxi drive I got eye contact to a chinese door staff standing at the hotel entrance but he look away I had 2 heavy luggages but he not offer any help. When I approached him he just greet me told me the reception is first floor and told where the elevator. While other staff members are polite and helpful this initial experience affected my mood for the whole stay. I read many good reviews about St. Regis Macao but I think it is a bit overrated. A luxury hotel should provide luxury service I paid a lot so I deserve proper treatment If your hotel continue like this you will lose many guests. This will be my first and last stay at St. Regis. True luxury means true luxury
We had a memorable stay! Hazel from reception was so sweet and caring and Garcia of guest service provided us an excellent service by planning our itinerary thoughtfully. Additionally, the room had a great view and was spacious. The heated pool was awesome, especially for my daughter. We'll be back and hope to see the same staff again!
I recently had an absolutely excellent stay at The St. Regis Macao. While the property itself is stunning with amazing rooms and food, what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible team. Every interaction, from arrival to departure, was filled with warmth and genuine care.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone, starting right at the entrance. The doormen, George and Dominic, set the tone for the entire stay with their professional and welcoming service.
A special commendation goes to Xyrll at the reception desk. Thank you for being so thoughtful in arranging a room close to the elevators and ensuring we had a non-slip mat for my mom. These details made our stay so much more comfortable and safe.
We also had a fantastic experience at The Manor. The food was amazing, but the service was even better. Cindy and Asmita gave us such a warm welcome. We were particularly touched when they went out of their way to print a photo of me and my mom—a beautiful keepsake from a wonderful meal.
Finally, thank you to Ivy from the Butler team for taking such good care of us throughout our time there.
The St. Regis Macao is truly a class act. We felt completely spoiled and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!
We had the best experience with St Regis Macao with staff Maya, Alvin and Janice. I would love to thank them for being so friendly and professional, specially very knowledgeable in what they serve.
Definitely coming back again and recommend anyone to come here ~
We had a wonderful experience during our stay! Upon check-in, we were greeted by **Ryan**, who was very professional and welcoming. We appreciated his suggestion to enjoy in-room breakfast, allowing us to take in the stunning views.
We stayed in the Metropolitan Suite, which was impressively spacious and impeccably clean. A special thank you to **Lina**, our butler, who surprised us with a birthday cake—such a thoughtful touch!
At the St. Regis Bar, **Maya** was exceptionally friendly, and **Christian** impressively recognized us after the champagne evening ritual, showcasing his professionalism and warmth.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and my boyfriend had a fantastic birthday. Thank you for the memorable experience!
One of my regular hotels in Macao. Stays have always been positive.
The hotel seems to be rather busy nowadays, and queues form at check-in. This seems to be a St Regis practice even in Singapore, Shenzhen and Zhuhai, that guests have to queue after a tiring arrival for check-in at such a prestigious hotel.
I think Macau is enjoying a revival. Good for the city, but less enjoyable for me. Arriving at the Airport on a Sunday, had to join a long queue for the free Londoner shuttle bus, only managed to get on the 3rd bus, so an approximate 20-25 min wait. The bus serves the Londoner and the Parisian so really big hotels with lots of guests. Decided to take a taxi on departure and paid about MOP60.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is not included, which on hindsight may not be that bad, coz Macau has nice local food, and you no longer need to wake up super early to avoid a queue, and they can price the rooms a bit cheaper.
The butler served me soup at night - to an Asian, this is really nice and comforting for the soul. I have never had a hotel serve me soup at night. Also they brew fresh coffee if you ask , not come to your room and make one from the capsule machine.
This trip I did not get to dine at The Manor, but I am sure the team are excellent as always, and I am surprised they didn't get a Michelin Star, they are worth at least one.
The gym is well maintained as always, and seem to have added an extra machine - for training the hips, which was interesting and fun.
Overall, one of my favorite hotels in Macau.
I have stayed there multiple times on work trips. They always have the best service and also attentive staffs. Special thanks to Rod Aquino from the grand manor restaurant . He always remember me and also make my breakfast enjoyable for specially preparing avocado toast which I have always enjoyed . Very friendly and professional .
I have also enjoyed myself at st Regis bar. You have amazing team of servers . Special thanks to Christian , Matty , Elfie , prince , Maya , Paul. You guys and lady has the best smile and very welcoming . Makes my evening wonderful .
Especially extend thanksfulness to the pool staff, they do absolutely good in terms of manners, offering help and so on.
Will revisit.
The service was amazing, staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was celebrate my birthday there and it am forgettable.
I had a really great experience at the St. Regis during the Macau GP. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, with a special shout out to Francis, Arnold, and Winnie. I got an upgrade and the room was also quite spacious. 10/10 stay!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The customer service was absolutely perfect. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
