Fomos recepcionados por uma funcionaria , debochada , mau humorada e abusada. eu fui com meu marido , nao vi que pelo aplicativo era cama de solteiro , ate porque eu paguei a diaria no hotel direto eles me mandaram link, quando fui pedir pra ver se tinha outro quanto ela foi grossa , debochada , mandou eu falar com o site que nao era problema dela , demonstrando indiferenca pelo cliente e debochando de mim, o quaro fiuca com janela na pista vc nao dorme pelo barulho da rua e onibus passando, mas o pioe de tudo e vc pagar pra ser maltrada .
