Well located
Pros:

The room was well presented. There were period features and a nice, modern shower room. The breakfast was very good and staff were friendly.

Cons:

I like to sleep in dark rooms. There was a roller blind but it wasn't black out. That is only my opinion, and I wouldn't mark it against the accommodation. I had packed an eye mask.

Not recommended, we didnt stay.
Pros:

Good central location

Cons:

The room was very noisy, there is a large extractor from the kitchen just outside. There are stairs nearby, also noisy.

Fire doors are propped open and used as a staff entrance, but anyone could just walk in. Ditto with access from pub itself.

Fire escape which passes the room can be accessed by public. Whole place not very secure.

Rutland/Lincolnshire classic car road trip!
Pros:

Good brekky, nice location, nice quirky room

Cons:

Usual hotel gripe - the shower head nipples need a lime scale removal - this never seems to get done anywhere - why?

Annexe stair carpet needs replacing!

We were only there for one night which suited our plans. Lovely pub with loads of character, great chef who did an amazi
Pros:

The location perfect for us. Breakfast was brilliant. An old pub with character and parking to the rear of the property.

Cons:

The only issue was the blind was broken which meant no prevention of light coming through the window once it was daylight, they were waiting for someone to sort it.
