Beautiful and comfortable
Pros:

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Mansion San Miguel. The staff there is super helpful and friendly and ready to help you out with whatever you need. The hotel itself is beautiful with plants, art, and nice little places to sit and relax and a rooftop with stunning views and we stayed in Cielito Lindo, which is a large and comfortable room with a nice little balcony. Showers were hot and plenty of water pressure. Jorge at the front desk knows so much about San Miguel and can recommend lots of things to do.

Cons:

The location gave a lovely view but that last little uphill street was steep to walk up. We ended up taking taxis occasionally, but they are very inexpensive and convenient in San Miguel.

A complete and total delight
Pros:

We loved every single thing about Mansion San Miguel, from the feeling of being in a lovingly cared-for oasis to the genuine kindness and warmth of the whole staff. We really can’t think of a place we have enjoyed staying in more than this one.

Cons:

Not one thing. Oh, I suppose I might have liked softer pillows. But that just seems petty!

Beautiful property with exceptional service. Amazing rooftop deck overlooking San Miguel. Such a nice stay.

Cons:

The street light brightened our room through the cracks in the curtains. Enough to light up the room despite large curtains. Recommend installing blackout curtains in that room that are closer to the wall so there isn’t space for that light to get through.

Staying here was the highlight of our trip. I highly recommend it.
Pros:

The courtyard with the fountain and plants was beautiful and very relaxing.
The upstairs deck was a wonderful afternoon gathering spot.
The staff was very helpful and always smiling!
Breakfast was delicious.
The rooms were tastefully decorated and large and the beds were extremely comfortable.

El hotel es muy bonito y agradable, el personal excepcional, la vista en la terraza es maravillosa.
Pros:

Bueno, únicamente esta incluido fruta diversa, con granola, café, pan, mermelada y mantequilla me hubiera gustado que incluyeran huevos o algún guisado.

Beautiful hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Simple breakfast offered in the morning was great. The view from rooftop is very lovely and there is a hot tub! The one thing to note is that the hotel is up a longer hill from the centro and then the rooms are on two floors (no elevator). Not an issue for us, but if you have mobility issues, this specific hotel may not be a good choice.

The room was spacious and simple, but comfortable. There is air conditioning in the room. Room was clean and the property tidy. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

We highly recommend Mansion San Miguel. It exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

We had an incredible stay at Mansion San Miguel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! We absolutely loved the property-- it is beautiful beyond what the photos show, and it is a quiet and serene oasis to begin and end your day. The room was well-appointed, clean and very comfortable. We walked to get everywhere, and found the location to be great. Taxis are plentiful and a good option if you don't love that much walking. The hill up to the hotel was challenging, but honestly not too much. Trust me, that walk is worth it for this property and the views from the rooftop!
