The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The complementary hot breakfast was also great. However, you can hear the footsteps from other guests above the ceiling.

These are either the smallest queen size beds we’ve ever encountered, or they’re selling full size beds as queen

But the room and property are very clean and well-kept.

The hotel is fairly new and everything was in fantastic condition. The swimming pool and spa tub was excellent and we were lucky to have it to ourselves. The suite was very well equipped. Well located for dinner options. We went to 49ers at El Rancho hotel opposite. Close to shops in the downtown area too.

Our air conditioner was not working when we got in the room, and the staff went above and beyond to fix it. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was excellent!! The pool was very clean.

We wanted to stay at the El Rancho, but no rooms. This property is right across the street. It was great! I haven't stayed in a Best Western in a long time, but this was a very pleasant surprise. It was just about perfect. The room was large and had a couch. It had great beds and a nice bathroom. There was a good breakfast buffet. It was very clean and very modern. Maybe it was new. One of the best stays on our Route 66 roadtrip.

Very nice, very helpful, very comfortable, very clean…and I’m super picky. Will be on our list to stay again as we travel back and forth to California to see our kids.

We stayed here a few years ago and was comfortable so no brainer to stay here again. Checked in and given all relevant info but no water offered this time although BW members of a good few years standing. Noticed a coffee machine in foyer so had coffee before going up to room. Think the pipes on the machine needed flushing everyday as every coffee we had from then on tasted of hot chocolate. A bowl of muffins there too to take.
Room very clean. Liked the smell of the bath products but arthritic hands found it hard to squeeze bottles. We slept in the next morning after having a long drive previous day and did not get to breakfast till gone 9 which finished at 10. Most items had gone - had to ask for bread for toast and cranberry juice had run out. There was a daily breakfast menu but need to get there early before it runs out. Can't understand good reviews for breakfast as same as any other generic hotel. .Noticed staff were having breakfast there too at same time. No problem with that but should be after breakfast hours have finished for paying guests. The next day we were a bit earlier and found breakfast area to be better stocked with additional items we had not seen the day before such as cereal toppings and protein bars. A different person was working so probably why, but staff still helping them selves to breakfast and sitting talking. No problem but needs looking into especially with paying guests. The breakfast area was closed off for the rest of the day which looked a bit odd as would have been a comfortable area to sit.
Am ok stay but not as nice as previously.

Check in was easy and quick. Hotel in a great location just off of Route 66.
Staff was helpful providing info on the area.
