Facility was very good

The staff and breakfast were the best things about this stay. Keycard machine down so staff had to let us in our room every time. Room and beds were comfortable. Could have been cleaned a bit better (microwave and fridge exterior). We would probably stay here again.

The hotel was cleaned. The room was clean. We had hot water, the ac worked. The staff was friendly and respectful. There was a Walmart literally next to it.

I supposed to gave this hotel a 3 stars rating, but the towels and pillows have bad smell that drops the rating into 1 star

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and on both times we have found the service and facility fantastic. Great staff and customer service.

The staff was great, everyone was very pleasant and friendly. We discovered water on the floor after the first night, apparently leaked from the wall. Once reported, the staff immediately moved us to another room. The TV did not work in the second room and once reported, they immediately addressed that.
We later found the toilet was leaking in this room, we did not want to move again so we wrapped towels around it and reported it when we checked out.
The facilities were clean, looked like a reasonable new building.

We had an amazing stay cant wait to come back highly recommend.

The hotel was good. The beds were decent yet comfortable, the bathrooms were large and adequate. The only downsize was the AC wasn’t working properly. The hotel features like dining for breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pool was not heated till basically out trip was over.

Bed bugs in two different rooms on two different floors. Calling health department as well.

The city street entrance was terrible. The concrete was all broken up. If you did not enter dead center our minivan would scraped bottom. Even at slow speed.

Facility is clean and convenient. But beds are hard as a rock and it is very noisey thru the night. Second stay at this location same both times.
