Every employee we met was smiling and greeted us. Hubby won good at casino which was icing on the cake. Hotel smelled excellent with classy scent. Wings at sports bar delicious. Room Great and reasonably priced. We're definitely coming back.

Hotel was great not impressed with food service

The check in receptionist were awesome. They made adjustments for us for a room with two queen beds which was great. Looked the rooms. What we didn't know which is our fault to think all hotels are the same is we didn't bring body wash because alot of hotels we stay at in the pass always had everything available in the shower so we were surprised when this hotel didn't. We did make do with the little bar soap available. We tried to eat at the restaurants located downstairs in the hotel. The Grand cafe looked like they had great food but my husband and I and other guest stood out the entrance with no acknowledgement from the seating receptionist. They just pretty much looked at us and kept talking and doing what they were doing. Not even will seat you guys in a min or anything. So we walked off we actually saw a couple empty tables so it wasn't like we couldn't have gotten seated. So we ended up eating other places because of this.
