Please note that the front desk and the cleaning service are not available on Sundays nor holidays.

Complimentary continental breakfast (coffee, toast, cereal and juice) is included with your rate from Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

American breakfast is available at an additional cost of 8 USD.

2 cosas...

1... las camas estan muy aguadas... pueden tener camas mas normales ni tan duras ni tan aguadas... hamptonn tiene mas mejores.

2. El servicio de comida es en su mayoría muy bueno... les falta tener la suficiente agua para tomar... se les acabo la fruta... el pan dulce el agua para tomar... el café es poco profesional...sale mas rico y cargado un andatti de 20 pesos q el q tenian en hotel...

Beautiful Hacienda!
Pros:

Beautiful Hacienda! Very nice high ceilings, clean comfortable room!
Its a bit hot in the room, however, there was a ventilator
Nice shower!
Excellent breakfast which was included! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The room/hacienda is great! However, you can hear every single sound and word from the room next door.
Door separating rooms should have some sort of sound proofing! We could hear the entire conversation happening next door, at 3 am.
Parking should not be charged.

Las habitaciones standard no son lo esperado
Pros:

La hacienda es un lugar histórico y bien remodelado. La cama muy cómoda, pese a coger una habitación standard. El desayuno continental tipo bufet está muy bien, aunque había opiniones que ponía que era malo, nos pareció más que correcto. Bollería de calidad, fruta recién cortada, zumos, café, cereales, yogur. El personal muy agradable

Cons:

Fallo muy importante! En el edificio anexo es donde están las habitaciones standard. No hay ascensor! Por lo que has de tenerlo en cuenta. No lo pone en ningún sitio y te llevas la sorpresa, si tienes algún problema de movilidad como es nuestro caso. El hotel estaba lleno y no nos pudieron cambiar de habitación. El hotel esta muy lejos del centro, casi 1hora y andando por la zona no hay nada.

Pros:

Excelentes instalaciones, habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, el personal es muy atento, se nos incluyó desayuno continental y su menú adicional de desayunos aunque quizá limitado, estaba rico a precios normales para el tipo de hotel. El edificio es histórico, con mucha historia y restaurado con excelentes detalles.

Cons:

El tema de comunicación y divisa en costos, el hecho de que toda su comunicación visual esté en inglés así como sus costos en el restaurante en dólar, considero resta importancia e incongruencia al ser unas excelentes instalaciones en este país México, como para eliminar el español y los pesos mexicanos, sus costos son justos, que sea lo justo que siempre arriba vaya primero el español y los pesos, y luego alterno el idioma y divisa para el extranjero. Es lo justo también, pues cuando se viaja a USA ellos no cambian su idioma para recibirnos.
