el lugar muy lindo, pero el servicio no es el mejor

Super mal que de inicio no había ni agua en la recepción al llegar a hacer check in, en la mañana del domingo no servían las cafeteras?¡ ni una sola cafetera funcionando el domingo?

Cons:

pues pésimo no poder tomar un café, el joven que nos recibió en recepción al hacer el check in no encontró nuestra reservación, al salir un desastre para cobrarnos, porque no tenían idea de con qué tarjeta nos cobrarían, al llegar una toalla en la habitación! por lo menos dos necesitabamos, el domingo en la mañana solicitamos toallas, tuvimos que esperar poco más de una hora porque no había toallas limpias en el hotel?!, el lugar es lndo, pero qué desorden y decepción.

ESTA MUY BONITO EL HOTEL Y SUS INSTALACIONES

SALIDA A LAS 11AM Y NO A LAS 12 COMO NORMALMENTE ES EN UN HOTEL. EL PERSONAL DE COCINA MUY LENTO PARA SERVIR COMIDA, A ELLOS LES FALTA MAS ORGANIZACIÓN EN ESE PUNTO.

Pros:

A wonderful building – an old hacienda with great character. Very beautiful and full of charm. The staff was outstanding, incredibly helpful and extremely friendly.

Cons:

To clarify in advance: this is a hotel that is part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Breakfast offered very limited choice. Already by 9:00 a.m., there were no croissants left and not enough yogurt available. There was no option to have breakfast indoors. Outside, it was extremely cold, meaning it was only possible to sit outside wearing two sweaters plus a jacket.

Our room was also not heated, as there is no heating system in the hotel. We were provided with a small space heater, which did not sufficiently warm the suite.

The location is very remote. No matter where you want to go, you need to travel at least 20 km to reach the city. On the positive side, it is very quiet
