Although it was very short it was comfortable and lovely.
Pros:

Very friendly - and for our 1 night stay as a hop off point to the Yasawa Islands it was perfect.

Very satisfied with allround experience
Pros:

Very well appointed room with seperated rooms and bathroom. All areas very clean (I guess the facility is relatively new).
All staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The water from the taps in the bathroom was tainted with dirty colour. Was this normal or a result of recent pipe maintenance?

The balcony doors did not lock I was told somebody would come and look but no one came I was on the 1st floor but felt slightly unsafe

Palms Denarau is value for money but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations due to the noise
Pros:

Location is great for short stay prior to travelling to islands and not too expensive.
We had breakfast at the cafe and that was very good.
The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room we were allocated was on the corner of the building and there was a lot of noise. We could hear the Bula Bus every time it came around the circuit and dropped off people. Very hard to get to sleep.
When we checked in, the reception staff assumed we were with our friends (two other couples) and we did not get served in a timely manner. Ended up with the worst room too!

Pros:

We hadden een mooie complete kamer. De locatie is ook ideaal, op een paar minuten loopafstand naar de haven met alle restaurants, winkels en opstapplaats van de South Sea cruises. Leuk cafe om te ontbijten
