Pros:

Spacious accommodation with everything you need including washing machine, drier and dishwasher. We only stayed one night but it was comfortable. Staff in the cafe/coffee shop are so friendly and helpful. We could use the facilities (swimming pool) the next day after we checked out as we had a wait until our flight.

Cons:

Floors not very clean in the apartment.. It's a little noisy by the road sometimes. Quite expensive but the area is in general anyway here.

Absolutely loved our stay and are ready to re-book for the same time next year
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, helpful an courteous. The rooms were very well appointed with all extras in kitchen and very clean. The general property areas were immaculate, bathrooms, pools etc
Two people stood out with their impeccable service were 'Wise'on reception and in the water aerobics and 'Peni' for his exceptional personality in the pool and restaurant areas and customer interaction. The other ladies on reception were also amazing.

Cons:

My room had a faulty air conditioner that rattled, dropped ice on the bed under it, and later dropped black dirty water. It clearly needed its filter cleaning! The bathroom had a leaky shower, that poured water onto the floor. Also, when you opened the shower door it clipped the rain shower hanging from the roof, and it was looking quite crooked - no doubt from being knocked every day. I only stayed one night so it wasn’t a big deal. I let the receptionist know the issues.

space and location is very ideal for families or friends especially if want hand out in the Marina
Pros:

Location was good because we went out a lot for our beach activities. Space in the apartment was huge including the rooms and bathrooms. Love the lay out will definitely look at booking again.

Cons:

House keeping did not leave enough toilet paper for our unit. We had to call reception to get toilet paper dropped off to the rooms.

Overall enjoyable, clean rooms and very helpful staff
Pros:

The location is excellent, just cross the road to all shops & lovely restaurants. The room was a good size but wished we had an open window or ranch slider, just a bit dark inside during the day, otherwise very comfortable.

Cons:

More light in the room, a balcony or ranch slider would have been nice. The doors slam if you don’t control shutting them, and you can hear the room next door shutting the door.
