The front desk personnel was very professional and friendly ...the room was clean and quiet ...bed was really comfortable and slept well ..

The cutest little surprise in downtown
Pros:

What's not to love about the downtowner! Easy check in, clean beautiful rooms, and a wonderful helpful friendly front desk clerk / bartender. Would recommend this to anyone. We will be coming back.

Pros:

Got here super late. Check-in was a breeze tho, everyone was super helpful and nice! Love the atmosphere! Very Vegas ! The flamingos are so cute and the putt putt puts its own little jazz in the mix!

Surprised - Comfort - Location Great!
Pros:

Good experience well worth its weight in value, kind front desk, easily understood logistics of my stay(parking, access, checkout) All in all Would recommend, and plan on staying there again in the future.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Parking is close by. Pool was nice but small. Location is good if you just want to be by Freemont street. Location seemed safe to me.

Cons:

I didn't like some of the check in process. You have to use a kiosk to register your room cards. One of my keys didn't work. So I had to go back downstairs and have the front desk fix it, which they did. But why didn't they just do them for me in the first place?

A wonderful little place
Pros:

What makes this place great are the people that work here they were friendly and kind and accommodating

For some who, not necessarily the brave heart there may be issues with the neighborhood, but let common sense prevail. It's a delightful hotel, and definitely a great value for the price.

I would definitely say here again ❤️
