Downtowner Boutique Hotel

July 2026. It's still clean and cheap and good. Everything in the room works. No plumbing issues.

Loved this super cute, but super modern motel. When you pull up it has the classic motel building outside, inside lots of cool deco and some really creative ways of repurposing the space. The rooms were super clean - crisp white bedsheets. Nice walk in closet area just off the bathroom which had the cool subway style tiling. Great shower and fantastic air con - which was much needed. Outside my room the area had been turned into a super cool seating and mini golf space. Staff on the front desk were super friendly and helpful with check in, check out and had some really great recommendations for great coffee and food near by. Loved this place it was well priced and not a big chain hotel which I loved. I will be staying again next time I’m in. Vegas.

Excellent value. I’m a nature enthusiast looking for a safe place to sleep and this was perfect. I was able to stay on budget in a comfortable bed, frigid AC, and conviennent location. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. I will absolutely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Downtowner. Very cool retro motel. Close enough to some cool off-strip locations - the Fremont district, Atomic liquors (great dive bar). Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything was clean and organized. Would repeat.

If we come back to Vegas we'll be booking here again. The rooms are clean, well designed, and the staff was super helpful when our truck was broken down in the parking lot. They let us hang out in their lobby/bar after checkout to beat the heat and gave us free water while we waited for the mechanic. The location near the Fremont Street Experience is excellent and many attractions are within walking distance. We also really liked the art deco style and 60s feel of the place. It was a great and affordable alternative to staying on the strip.

It was very conveniently located to downtown, Fremont Street, and the Smith center where I was for the week doing work. I really enjoyed my stay.
Janay, Leslie, Dee, and Shaq were all amazing. Such good energy and good people.
There was no noise, and every morning was pleasant.
The Room was clean. And the gym was great, I used that amenity once.
I think the value is pretty good! Anymore money and I don’t think it would be a good deal. It was just right. I recommend this place to anyone on a budget. A great find!

I had a great stay at the Downtowner Boutique Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring downtown Las Vegas. Check-in was easy, and the hotel was a good value for the price. I would definitely stay here

Really reallly liked this place, a fraction of the cost of many other hotels in Vegas but a good nights sleep in a clean room was had. Location is two minute walk to Container Park , El Cortez and Freemont East. Staff were super friendly Leslie is a lovely lady working the desk sadly cant remember the other lady on the desks name she was just as nice and helpful as well. Check in and out was a breeze. Also our deposit for room was returned in less then 24hrs..excellent. The hotel also has a pool and sun deck area opposite which was clean and well maintained. The mini golf course is a quirky touch too. People have mentioned the area the hotel is located and yes we saw a few homeless about but nobody bothered us at all..unlike in our home town!!! Definitley will stay here again nothing to not like++++

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I am BEGGING you to choose somewhere else. Save yourself the time and stress. I booked this place for $300 something bucks for 3 nights. I come to check in and find that they have given my room away. I was told by the gentleman at the front desk (who was NOT helpful) that I would not be guaranteed a room for the night and its best that I ask for a refund from Airbnb. I wake up the next morning after sleeping in my CAR to call and ask for a refund and was talking to DEE THE MANAGER WHO HUNG UP IN MY FACE AFTER SAYING SHE DOESNT GIVE OUT HER LAST NAME???!!!??! These folks said that it was stated on their Airbnb site that you HAVE to check in between 3pm and 11:30pm or the room gets taken away and they keep ur money???? Not sure if they put it up there now but I have 10 screenshots on my phone proving that that policy is total BS. Airbnb has yet to give me my money back. I genuinely will be getting a lawyer involved with this SCAM!!

We love the Downtowner! Comfortable room and an award winning staff (Thank you Dee, Paul and Leslie!!!).

The staff here is super friendly, room is nice and clean. In walking distance to cool spots. Would definitely stay again.

Well what can I say I had one of the best experiences in Vegas at this hotel from the moment I walked in iI was greeted with a good morning from J also a good morning from Ms D I was able to check in early but I had to wait a little bit for my room to be cleaned which was no problem I sat at the bar and had a couple drinks and got to know everybody that works there my experience there was awesome my room was clean the bed was comfortable the shower work hot water and cold water and the AC did later on that day I met Paul who also works there who is really a cool dude and also Leslie that works at night everybody had a positive attitude and they were really friendly nothing bad to say about my stay .. Will see you guys soon ..

Quiet no drama , affordable

The place was very "low rent" type atmosphere and not in a safe location. The parking was across the street and down a block from the hotel. There was traffic of people which I felt were engaging in illegal activities. Just a huge disappointment and false presentation in their advertising campaign. I would not and did not stay there nor would I recommend anyone I know to stay there.
