A fantastic family stay with excellent food, spa facilities, and outstanding staff
Pros:

One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had!
We loved everything: the excellent food, the activities, and the spa.
The children’s spa area is clean and has a warm pool. There is also a separate adults-only spa area with a good selection of saunas.
Parking is free, with plenty of spaces available.
A special thank you to the hotel staff. If any issues arise, you won’t be left to deal with them on your own - the team responds quickly and provides outstanding service!

Detsky hotel s jedinou chybou
Pros:

Najlepsi detsky hotel na vychode, ma len jednu "chybu"

Cons:

Vsetko tu mame radi a pravidelne sa tu vraciame. Jedine, co ma boli, je cena. Je to velmi drahy hotel.

- masáže, prevedenie interiéru, aj samotná masáž
- poloha hotela
- veľmi vhodné pre rodiny s malými deťmi, menej vhodné pre páry a rodiny s väčšími deťmi ( stála prítomnosť maskotov a ponuka rôznych akcií pre malé deti)

- izba by si zaslúžila obnovu, pôsobila ako spred 30 rokov.
- chýbala na izbe chladnička, ani nie kvôli chladeným nápojom, ale kvôli liekom, ktoré sme museli mať v chladničke
- chýbala rýchlov.kanvica
