Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstättersee, feinem Essen auf der Terrasse und
Pros:

Uns hat besonders die wunderschöne Lage des Hotels hoch über dem Vierwaldstättersee gefallen. Die Aussicht auf den See und die umliegenden Berge ist beeindruckend. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig, und auch die Umgebung rund um das Hotel ist sehr schön und gepflegt.

Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Innenpool mit Blick auf die Berge. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zwar nicht mehr ganz auf dem neuesten Stand,zumindest der Teil, in dem wir untergebracht waren, aber alles war sauber und gut gepflegt, sodass uns das überhaupt nicht gestört hat und wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben.

Pros:

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind absolut atemberaubend und waren für mich auch der Hauptgrund für die Buchung – und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und aufmerksame Service des gesamten Teams.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung in einigen Zimmern entspricht nicht ganz dem neuesten, modernen Standard. Das war mir zwar bereits vorher bewusst, aber dennoch ein kleiner Minuspunkt.
An der Ausstattung hat es dennoch an nichts gefehlt.

Wunderbare Family Zeit, danke!
Pros:

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel zu Gast und insgesamt wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Berge. Besonders gefallen hat uns das gemütliche Restaurant mit leckerem Essen sowie der schön gestaltete Wellnessbereich – auch wenn der Pool über die Ostertage etwas voll war.

Wir hatten ein Studio mit zwei Zimmern und einem wunderbaren Balkon, der einen herrlichen Blick bietet. Die Küche und das Bad sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, haben aber ihren Zweck erfüllt.

Alles in allem ein top Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Küche und Bad im Studio schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten bei Gelegenheit modernisiert werden.

Cons:

In der Beschreibung stand, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon gaben. Aber anstatt Balkon war das Zimmer gerade über dem Eingangsbereich.
Und es hatte zu harte Matratzen.

Pros:

The price to value ratio is unbeatable. While there is no overt luxury, the hotel offers everything for a relaxing stay. The rooms are exceptionally clean, everything in the room (towels, bed linen, air) smells like home clean and not chemical clean like most hotel rooms. The mattress is very comfortable (medium hardness, keeps its shape everywhere), again not typical for most hotels. So is the pillow. The hotel environment is very quiet and I slept like a baby. Also the view from the hotel is amazing.

Cons:

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and I ordered a steak that is cooked manually on a hot stone. A minor suggestion - steaks need special knives to cut them easily. For instance serrated knives. We got straight knives that were maybe too dull, so cutting the steak was an effort
