Best Location and Nice restaurant staff, Parking space

Cons:

While the location and restaurant staff were fine, the overall stay was disappointing. The room was not cleaned, and no drinking water was provided on the second day. For even basic necessities, we had to repeatedly go to reception and ask. A simple checklist or standard housekeeping service could have avoided this. Unfortunately, the poor facilities and lack of proactive service made the stay unpleasant.

Frühstück absolut super, Hallenbad Dampfbad top. sehr schöne Lage. Wir waren mehr als zu frieden.

Cons:

Wüsste nicht was. Hotel war super. Nur die 2 Massage Termine wurde leider einen von 2en abgesagt und der andere wurde einen Tag später sogar zeitlich kurzfristig verschoben, somit konnten wir auch diesen leider nicht mehr wahrnehmen . Aber das hat nicht s mit dem Hotel zu tun.

Everything was perfect !! The most worth it hotel that I have ever been in Switzerland. I will definitely go again ! The breakfast was great with good quality and variety and the wellness was decent.
