Ich war rundum zufrieden.
Pros:

Wunderbares Buffet mit viel Auswahl.
Brot- Brötchen, etc in grosser Auswahl und sehr lecker.
Feines Müsli und täglich frischer Obstsalat mit abwechslungsreichen Früchten.

Pros:

Das Frühstück, das hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption, der tolle Ausblick auf den See und die Lage zur Bergbahn Niederbauen sowie der Pool. Außerdem die Anbindung an den Postbus sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze.

Cons:

Einige ( nicht alle) Kellnerinnen waren etwas barsch, das Inventar wirkte schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt, teilweise war der Teppich auch schon etwas abgenutzt und wirkte dadurch ungepflegt.
Es scheint wie ein romantisches Hotel auf dem Berg, allerdings war es leider nicht ganz so ruhig, wie erhofft, da sehr lange ( bis 0:30) laut gefeiert wurde, was ok wäre für ein Party Hotel in der Stadt, aber nicht für die Lage. Es kommt sicherlich darauf an, welches Zimmer man erwischt, einige lassen sich auch nicht gut lüften.

Kulinarisch top, traumhafter Ausblick, Zimmer eher einfach
Pros:

Für einen Zwischenstop war die Unterkunft absolut ok. Unser Zimmer war sehr einfach, die Betten bequem. Kleines Bad, kleiner Balkon aber ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir haben abends sehr gut gegessen. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen :-) Der Sonnenuntergang vom Vorplatz aus ein absoluter Traum.

Vriendelijk hotel, erg goed restaurant, wel behoorlijk aan de prijs in hoogseizoen.
Pros:

Locatie was waanzinnig, de kamers misschien qua interieur gedateerd maar past ook wel bij de algehele gezellige sfeer van de locatie. De kamers en bedden waren gewoon goed en het ontbijt was uitgebreid. Het hotel voorziet je van badjassen en slippers en daarmee kun je naar het zwembad, ook het balkon van het zwembad is aan te raden om in alle rust bij te komen.

Cons:

Helaas lagen de kamers niet op dezelfde verdieping en was er geen airconditioning maar als je s'avonds het raam open zet is het koel genoeg in de bergen zelfs op de warmste dagen in augustus. Dit was overigens ook netjes vooraf gecommuniceerd.

Pros:

Ubicación fantástica, con parking suficiente para huéspedes. El desayuno ofrece una variada oferta, en un comedor muy agradable con vistas al lago de los cuatro cantones. El restaurante a la carta es de muy buena calidad, con posibilidad de cenar en terraza. Habitación amplia y silenciosa, con vistas al lago.

Cons:

Todo bien, por decir algo el gimnasio es un poco pequeño para la cantidad de habitaciones que hay. En un día de lluvia estaba todo ocupado y fue imposible utilizarlo.

The restaurant and terrace view will draw us back
Pros:

A lovely hotel in the most stunning location. The restaurant terrace overlooks the lake and it was wonderful to watch the sun set over the alps; very special. Food was delicious.

Cons:

Not really a dislike, just to say the room was basic but comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have had a tea/coffee offering but we did get a piece of fresh fruit.
